You can’t even use the fitting rooms here even though they have them. How are you supposed to know if your clothes will fit? We found so many good things but had to leave them behind since it would be hit or miss on whether they fit or not.

Lots of good finds but they require thorough searching. There were many broken items including a large mirror that was still on the shelf. Also many puzzle boxes were spilling everywhere since they weren't taped.

Merry Christmas to us. We found everything we needed to finish a couple of projects and came across several vintage furniture pieces we intend to flip for a profit. 7th Ave & Bell Rd. Goodwill never disappoints the vintage furniture flipper. Happy Holiday's everyone. Monty F. - Peoria, AZ

Great selection of donations and clothes ! I’ve always found the best items at this location. With that being said the staff are rude as hell. All goodwill locations in Maricopa county shut down their fitting rooms. So naturally I’ll try a button up or something just in front of a mirror and just put back what doesn’t work for me. I had a couple shirts I didn’t want so I put them on what I assumed was a go backs rack. The staff member proceeded to accost me and said “what is that” “what are you doing” multiple times. Totally looked me up and down like I was scum. I explained that I didn’t want these items and without a word she just snarled and walked away. Lady clearly needs some customer service training.

Awful customer service. With no fitting rooms to try things on, you have to guess if things will fit. Fine. I get that. Then if you need to return it, you only get store credit. Even if you paid in cash less than 24 hours ago. So basically once they have your money, they don’t care and won’t give it back.

The store itself was clean and well stocked. There was someone outside on a chair that was asking everyone going in and coming out for a smoke however and when I asked about him to the staff, they said as long as he was not hurting anyone then they would not ask him to leave. Not a great look to let someone loiter outside of a business and verbally solicit money or other items to their customers.

They have so many junks for sale, and the mark up price is insane for a bunch of items, it's becoming ridiculous! Some items they have there are things you find at the dollar store and they want quadruple the cost of it. I will say though, they do have hidden treasures, hence I put 2 stars

This location is pretty good as far as rotating stuff around and getting differnt items in. Sometimes they have items that are bargains and other times some items are broken or missing pieces. Dont get scared with that comment its rare this happens. Usually its like the gaming controllers or speakers etc..seems to be always missing pieces or cables missing etc...clothes are pretty good I picked up some exercise shorts and work shirts there cheap. Good to work in shorts and when they go bad just toss in trash. Good store and friendly people there not had a complaint with them yet, been going there nearly 4 months now. These were around 16.00 for all

I was disappointed in this store and it's employees. I asked one employee a question and she was very grumpy. The prices are ridiculous on some things. The dollar stores sell stuff cheaper and it's not used.

Things seemed clean and there was a lot of stuff to look at and pick through. Goodwill stores in the valley have gotten pricey, but I guess prices have gone up everywhere. I found a few good bargains, prices I could live with. There were a lot of people in line when I went to check out and people couldn't seem to decide how to line up and where the end of the line was. Thankfully they opened another register and cleared us all out of there.

The prices are crazy. $60 Timberlands, Under Armour shorts with no button closure for $6.99, and a Keurig machine for $250. The same machine is selling online between $50-100. I think this Goodwill has forgotten that it's selling pre-owned, donated goods.

I only wanted the one captain chair but they didn't want to split the 5 chairs up. They sold me the 5 at a great bundle price (though the were marked individually). So I bought them and re-donated the other 4 back to them
