I give this company a 5-star rating because they gave me excellent service for two car loans. AL Financial is a high-risk lender and gives loans to people who have risky credit; thus, they are much stricter than other lenders. I always paid on time and my interactions with them have resulted in excellent customer service. My advice to anyone who needs to get a car when others want help you, go to AL Financial and make your payments as you promised. They are more than fare and will treat you according to how you keep your promise to pay them.

After all the trouble i have sent a large payment in (unfortunatly due to COVID) over 600 dollars! I sent it certified letter! I have recieved the signature back sayimg they accepted it! But they are telling me they have not! So...i will continue to make my payments but am now dealing with theor attorneys! I spoke to there attorney and gave them MY attorneys info! This is going to be a BLAST in court! You will NOT bully me and steal my large payment! ;)

This company is just the worst the customer service sucks and their reps are kind of rude to be honest. I only receive chores to complete from them, had i known before hand who i would be dealing with i never wouldve bought my car to begin with. Totally unprofessional and commiting legal all be it but unethical highway robbery.

If I could rate lower I would! Unfortunately we had our vehicle repossessed about 6.5 years ago due to job loss. Within a month this company sold the vehicle and notified us via certified letter we were no longer accountable per the terms of the agreement we signed. Now as we're looking to move we are shocked to see that not only was that false we owe more than what the vehicle is worth! Now we just wanted to get this matter taken care of and spoke to the most awful person. We explained we knew they sold the vehicle and got 1600 dollars less than what was left to pay, so we offered to pay that amount as they've already received most of the money. This woman was snide and just a terrible person. We weren't trying to get out of it but pay what ever was left after all it's 6.5 years old isn't something better than nothing? Not to these people they wanted almost 7k or buyout at 13k ridiculous!!!!!! Don't let them hustle you into anything they are by far the worst company I have ever worked with

If I could leave no stars I would:) worst financial business/employees to deal with. Unprofessional and disorganized. Not convenient for those outside of Phoenix. I strongly recommend looking else where no matter how bad you want the car.. And definitely do not recommend to first time buyers.

Do not accept the loan from this guy you will regret it for the rest of your lift. My car got repossesses over $27 that magically just came outta know where. They call and harass the day after your payment is due not even allowing a grace period. Throughout Covid they worked with me on my payments and even with the cares act in place they still reported my payment late and i lost 30 points on my fico. They never have the correct balance information and i just go on and on but im tired.

Loan sharking at its finest, never had this shady company. But know someone who did. They lost cash Payments conveniently. What loan company doesn't Take online payments or debit/ credit card one that doesn't want a paper trail. Also after you pay off your loan nothing gets reported positive to the credit bureaus. So for all you with bad credit thinking they're gonna be your savior, think again you'll be right back to where you started maybe worse after all your high interest payments. Find a company that has a proven track record .a website and takes any form Of payment. There's even many dealerships that will not deal with this company.

I haven’t had a negative experience with this company. The only thing that I don’t like is that you can’t make payments over the phone, with a debit/credit card, or online. It would save time and money if they did. My payment for this month happened to be tomorrow (7/6) and I arrived at the office at 4pm 7/5 to drop off my check (and I didn’t have checks until I got financed through this company). Mind you, the office doesn’t close until 5pm on Fridays, but apparently due to the holiday it closed early today. What holiday is on 7/5 that I’m not aware of? There was a girl in the lobby that told me to not waste my time by going upstairs with my newborn baby because they were closed and told me how they closed early because of the holiday... okay... she said that they have a drop box, cool no big deal. The only thing is I don’t have the envelop that comes with my monthly bill from A-L financial, she then told me to write my social security number on the check and still put it in the drop box. I am not writing my social security number along with my account information and address so someone can steal my identity. I am definitely reporting this as far up as I can go because their office hours say 5pm on Fridays. There was not even a notice on their door stating they would be closing early on Friday 7/5. So in essence, my three star review is due to their lack of payment options as well as customer service in protecting ones security. Below is their office hours right outside their door. As I sit in my car outside the building writing this review, it is currently 4:24pm on Friday 7/5/2019.Update to my other review, I gave them a low start rating. Sure they’ll threaten to take further action with your loan but I have not seen this company reflect negatively on my credit report so I thank them very much for that.

Whatever you do stay AWAY from this financial company. They are the worse company my husband and I have ever dealt with. If google gave me an option to give them zero stars I would. The Phoenix staff is rude and very unprofessional. We were happy when they had an office in Tucson the staff was friendly and was willing to help you but unfortunately they closed that office and everything was moved to their Phoenix location. It was convenient for us as we could walk in and make our payment. But of course the only way now is to snail mail but these money hungry a-holes want you to send you payment by priority mail or western union. I'm sorry but I am not paying an extra fee just for you to receive your money. Also they bombard you with letters and phone calls even if you are one day late. Save the paper you'll get your money when you get it!

I recently got finance with AL Financial (this week). I called today because I had not heard from them yet and spoke to Gabby on the phone. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She was efficient, yet didn't rush me. Although, I am a new client/customer, I appreciate the excellent customer service Gabby provided me today via phone. I saw many negative reviews, but my experience has been a good one thus far.

I've never had any problems with them despite all the negative ratings. I even got into a jam trying to pay my car loan. I called to let them know i was having trouble and they had no problem with giving me extra time to pay. They were really nice about it all. As long as you communicate with them and pay your bill, all is fine.

Id just like to say im 26 years old i have 3 loans now from this company 2 motorcycle and 1 car loan. I now own 2 of 3 and almost done with 3rd , if your an honest person who pays your bills and can properly manage your own life this company will gladly help you build credit and or get back on your feet. I never have had any problems in 6 years worth of payments, only thing bad i can say is i cant pay online or with my debit card and its very annoying to come to there office and also get money orders..

Horrible. I have had them for about 4 years. I am one payment away from paying off the balance. After being only one day late, they will start to call you asking where your payment is? They only take Cash, money order, and western union. they don't have a website and they run off of a DAS system. they will repo you after 30 days of being late. so be warned, make your payments or ride the bus! I cannot wait to finally be done with these folks.
