I decided on this place because it was close to home, the reviews were good and it was a chain so I figure they had a reputation to uphold. David, the man I spoke with was nice and inviting. Despite these pleasantries, they really, really, really over estimated my repairs. He basically told me that my car was in the beginning of transmission failure. I know enough about cats to know that my car and others Chryslers of the time had tranny issues. He gave me a quote of minimum $1100. He went on the explain the clutch and other components and how they worked. If I didn't know a thing about cars, I would've left my car there, had them fix it and be done with it. I got 2 more estimates and they were both wayyyy lower than AAMCO. I went to Adolph's in Glendale and my repairs were done in a few hours. I paid 600 versus 1100 and my runs better than before.

If I can leave a zero star review I would, any work done by these new guys is no good. Used to be a good trusted shop but the work and attention to detail is completely gone.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop. Took my vehicle in to get transmission rebuilt through #Warranty. They said they did it every time I picked it up. It did nothing but clunk. I took it back four times and he would just hold it and when we called and said how long do you think it will take? He said I’ll call you, 4×4 times clumped. I finally stayed up enough money to put in a transmission a year later and when we took it out, it was painted black with spray paint and held together with silicone.

100% Recommend! Honest and reliable very thankful for finding this shop through my Carshield Auto protection. Edward is very knowledgeable and efficient, Hard to find a mechanic that truly cares and is honest. Very Content with there customer service and work! Currently have a second vehicle with them. 100% Satisfied and returning customer.

This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. David (the owner) is cordial to a point of being condescending. Have been dealing with a $4000 "rebuilt" transmission issue since 11/24. In hindsight, should have put in a new one

Edward was able to take in my truck that had the carrier bearing go out . Truck was in & out within 6 hrs .worked perfect since it’s the work truck & can’t have it down for too long . Great communication as well, overall , great experience !

Edward is the definition a GREAT manager! I found myself in another bad situation with my Chrysler and I knew exactly which shop to call.
