I had a very bad experience at this place today:
I went for an estimate, they assigned me a guy that was impatient, unhelpful, abrupt -bordering in rudeness.
The guy acted as if I was taking their time and did not take the time to explain the details of the work needed, it was an insurance-backed repair.
I left, leaving there the estimate I was given, I did not want to have anything further to do with them.
Very, very bad customer service.

I went from zero stars to 5 stars - let me explain. I brought my car in to fix some scrapes on the side. I picked it up at closing time one night and brought it home to my garage only to find that ABC collision at smashed the other side of the car! I brought it back in the next day and Scott, the manager immediately said he would fix it and provide a rental car. When I brought it back to be fixed, Scott kept me up to date on everything that was going on and it was ready on time. They had washed it and put a full tank of gas. While the first experience was horrible, Scott's attention the second time to make it right was incredible. Thank you Scott.

Went for an estimate. Talk to a worker in person and on phone. He never got back to me. When I try to give them easy business, they don’t respond. What is the point in coming here?

There was a spare tire in my car when I dropped off my vehicle at ABC Collison center, but when I picked up my car, my spare tire was GONE. Why?? Shame on you for hiring untrustworthy employees!! I'm not coming back again!

Brought my 2022 4Runner in for some minor bodywork to fix dings and scratches all over the place and for a thorough detail. I said “I want it to look like the day I drove it from the showroom.” Jake and his crew delivered ! The truck looks amazing !! They communicated really well and got it back to me when promised. I Highly recommend these guys.

Brought my brand new car to them (bought at the ABC Nissan dealership) to have a relatively small plastic detail of the bumper that was cracked replaced. Sergio was very friendly, but unfortunately that was the only positive. I JUST had my car cleaned and when it was returned to me it was covered in thick white dust that has been a nightmare to clean off. But even worse, when I drove home I could hear some sort of flapping sound coming from the front end of my car (I figured maybe the bumper piece that they just put in was loose). When I got home I checked under the car to find that the entire protective plastic covering of the undercarriage was hanging down to the ground and had apparently been unfastened (not sure why this piece had to be messed with in the first place). And to top it all off what WAS a spotless key fob is now covered in a rock hard clear glue that I can’t get off. I should have just kept the cracked piece on the bumper and replaced it myself. My car came back to me with more issues than I brought it in with. Thankfully Sergio drove to me to fix the hanging plastic piece, but who knows when it might randomly fall off. Just avoid this place, honestly.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Worst place to get car fixed. I had barely damaged my bumper & they kept my car for nearly 3 weeks. Received no updates about my car and the front desk hung up on my for requesting an update. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
