I went to ABC for minor repair. The owner greeted a man who walked in just behind me first and chatted him up for 15 minutes, telling me...who came in first, he would be with me shortly. His repair costs are excessive and parking is a nightmare. Customer service is not his priority. I won't return.

Larry and Brandy are great. They have serviced and supplied needed parts for my Simplicity vacuum. I could easily buy parts off the internet or buy from vac centers closer to my residence, instead I support ABC Vacuum because of their professionalism.

I was struggling to change my vacuum cleaner belt so called ABC for help. Larry said it bring it in which I did. He got it installed properly and didn't charge me. That's great customer service! He reminded me their prices are the same as the big chain stores so when I need a new vacuum cleaner, I'm going to purchase from the locally owned, helpful people with GREAT customer service!

Ripp off- GF took my vacuum cleaner in for repair. They said motor was blown and they couldn't fix it. They charged me $25 for this. Charge was to evaluate the repair. I fixed the vacuum myself by replacing the belt and WD on roller. The motor was not blown. These people are incompetent.

Very nice people. Very reasonable pricing. I took in my canister vacuum and had it back in 2-3 days and for a very modest price. My vacuum runs like new. It's no wonder this business has been around for over 60 years. They are out to serve the customer with excellence in service! I highly recommend them! The owner gave an estimate before doing any work. It was a lower amount than I expected, seemed very reasonable. The work was done quickly and we now have a working vacuum cleaner again. Excellent!

I'm so happy to have found ABC Vacuum! I had compared many shops around the valley, and am so happy to have went with this one. The staff were very polite, knowledgeable, and understanding of my situation. I appreciate the thoughtful responses but most of all having repair prices that are very affordable and very fast.I will absolutely return for any future purchases or repair and highly recommend them to friends and family. This was my first time at ABC Vacuums. I am pleased and impressed. My 7 year old Kenmore canister vacuum wouldn't start. In one day ABC replaced some parts that had overheated and burned. I used my vacuum today and it works like new. I paid $88.00 and that included a new floor brush. Couldn't ask for better service.
