I purchased a Stihl BG 50 at this store. Within the first couple weeks the crew using it brought it back, saying it didn’t work. Frustrated, I returned it for repair. The Ace mechanic at this store called me a few days later, telling me it was fixed. I picked it up, brought it outside the store and started it, with the mechanic there. Still didn’t work, seemed like it was flooding with fuel. Told the mechanic that it wasn’t useful for me like that. He kept it and called me again some days later. This time it worked better. A couple months later it failed again. I brought it to Banner Tool. They took it apart and reported that it was not worth fixing. I paid the 75 dollar diagnostic fee, picked up the box holding the disassembled blower and brought it back to the store. The manager still—a month later—hasn’t bothered to call. The blower was a lemon from the beginning. That’s not Aces fault. But the response from the mechanic and manager seemed poor, and without concern for the customer experience. Pick a different Ace to shop at.

They will not shake paint for you if you didn't buy it there, got to home depot they will, don't matter where it was originally purchased at.

Staff was helpful and friendly. If you need to fix up anything, they have a fairly good selection.

Went to Ace Hardware today to find a specific over the door clamp. Other places I went had ones that were to thick and I couldn't close the door. At Ace I found the perfect one and it fits my door just fine.

“Ace is the place with a helpful hardware man”. I had a salesman help me find a piece of hardware I needed. All staff were friendly and professional. Suzy at checkout was friendly and efficient.
