I don't usually review stores like this but the staff here deserve to hear it. They, all of them, are always very friendly and helpful in finding what you need. They never, even when i did something dumb, make you feel anything but confidence in what you are doing. And when they don't have something i need, rarely, they provide enough recommendations to help you get it. I started going here about a year ago and they will continue to be my first stop, before any big box store, for hardware and home repair items. Good customer service does still exist.

went in for a couple really specific screws and nick absolutely nailed it- if you're ever in need of something the "big" guys don't have, don't hesitate to stop into this little store!! i was in and out in 5 minutes :)
