The service here is sadly terrible.. idk if it was that we were there about an hour before closing. Or that we don't "look" super handy. But people either ignored us or were downright rude / dismissive. We got what we needed either way. I won't be coming back to this Ace Hardware. There are plenty of others nearby.

Great neighborhood place to get essential hardware items that the big box stores also carry without the long drive! They also provide excellent attention and customers service that the big box stores could only dream of achieving. Highly recommend!

Rude. Had keys made by them and they didn’t work. Went back in the get help but didn’t have the receipt because who thinks that the keys they make would not work?? They were ZERO help and super rude on top of that. Basically assumed that I was not a legit customer, even thought the keys said Ace Hardware on them. Will not be back. Terrible customer service and a bunch of young kids working there that don’t know what they’re doing. The old guy that helped me was either the owner or manager. Very smug. THEY DON’T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.

Great place to shop,
I was looking for a 10lb bag of Winter Wonderland Grass seeds and called about 10 (ten) ACE Hardwares and everyone was sold out; however, this location was the only ACE that had it in stock. They even set it aside for me when I called them 👍

This is a HORRIBLE store! I spoke with Alan about shelving we needed. Alan said he had 'a LOT' in stock. Alan also said he would honor the CARE Card. When we got there, after driving over 30 minutes, Alan only had 'ONE' shelf and refused to honor the Care Card. Do NOT trust this business!!!
