I forgot the kids name who helped me get some paint on Saturday night but he was great!! I had a random idea to do some painting on a Saturday night and had no clue what I was doing. But he helped me so much and answered all my questions!

Ace is the place... and ruggieros is the absolute bomb. Great staff are always helpful - from the masters of fix it all the way down to the young kids that work here, everyone is always very respectful and professional with a friendly, engaging demeanor

We support local small business! This is our go-to store! We love the personal service and knowledge of the staff. They have helped us find work-arounds or alternative ways of doing things in several outdoor projects. Some things may be a tad more expensive than the big box stores, but saving time and gas and getting correct solutions is worth it. In using their app we save money monthly for furnace filters and such and don’t have to remember to take the monthly mailed coupons!!!! Highly recommend.

This location can be very inconsistent with customer service , one day you will get excellent customer service and then the next day nobody knows where a 2-inch lag bolt is.

@ACE really appreciate the help purchasing a grill for Fathers Day yesterday. I didnt get his name but he spent over 30 mins tracking down and help loading the grill.
Heres why I only gave 4 stars though...
Really wanted to up my grill game so after a lot of research I decided that the Weber 325 was the best choice for our grilling needs. My wife and shopped around at 3 stores and found the grill for $899 at both ACE and Home Depot. I chose to purchase at ACE because they had additional promotions going on for grills in their instore flier and the fathers day AD we got in the mail. These were: $50 grill grate accessory, propane exchange, free delivery/setup, ACE rewards 20$ off 100$ or more, ACE rewards 2x points.
Now I understand there is fine print on all that and only one promo applies, but I got NONE of them.
I believe based on the fine print I should have recieved the grill deal advertised in the in store flier (Grill + Free Grate Accessory $49.99). I also think I should have been offered the free delivery and assembly promotion which specifically states it can be combined with other offers. Thanks for the fun family saturday evening activity! Lastly, I should have been able to use the 2x rewards points on purchase as it did not have fine print saying it couldnt be combined. $900 x2 points seems good.
So bought the grill anyway without all that mostly due to time already invested, but it did feel alot less like a deal. I remember saying to him "thats pretty shady" when we got to the counter and found out none of the promotions applied (I think we both forgot about the axcessory as part of the $899 deal, so honest mistake). But I would say 49.99 accessory, delivery+assembly, and 2x points is probably $150 of promotions I did not receive.
