This little store has been absolute gem and a staple of South Phoenix anytime I have gone in. Staff are prompt to help you and very informative. I prefer this hardware store over Lowes or Home Depot for their customer service. 🔨 🔧

I went in on 6/28 and had the best experience I've had in a store in a while! The customer service and smiles in that place are 10/10. Isabella was super helpful. What could've been and easy sell of more product than I needed, turned into her helping me find a single Allen wrench for a specific project im working on. There was a bald head man there (sorry, I didn't catch your name), that has a playful, cheery personality, and was just a hoot. And Khaliyah, at the register, was sweet and helpful on my mission as well. I was headed to a competitor when I saw and stopped here. I will definitely be coming back to this store for any other tools I need.

This is a great go-to place for small items that you don't need to walk around a big box store to get. Pricing may be a little higher but we'll worth supporting a local neighborhood business and still get quality items and be in & out and back to what you were doing without all of the hassle of the big box store. Personal here are always very friendly and pleasant and very helpful.

This location is incredibly helpful! As soon as you walk in the door they ask if you want help. Isabell is very, very helpful. It would have taken me 20-30 minutes to find the right piece but Isabell helped me in a few minutes.
