This is a horrible location the owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. These people charged me for a truck rental at there location only to have the truck locked in gate and they diddnt even put the key in box. I called to speak about the issue the owner of the store said she has nothing to do with it but this is the location for the pick up. Don’t rent truck here do not use this place unless you want to be unhappy and disrespected. She telling me they can’t refund me and it’s not her issue. This is definitely how you ruins someways day at 630am!!
DO NOT RENT HERE THEY TRY TO RENT YOU A TRUCK KEEP YOUR FUNDS HANG UP IN YOUR FACE AND ACT LIKE YOUR THE PROBLEM!!!!

Bad customer service the manager I assume was the lady in all black very bad customer service
The cashier at the time wasn't very inviting
They made me feel like I was trying to steal
I never left the cashier area
I WILL NEVER go to this ace hardware store again 😒

Really bad customer service, went in for an exchange and got yelled at instead , all for not knowing the exact size I needed . Plus, I got charged more than it was.

If you so happened to be born with white skin do not go in this store they will treat you as if you are a second-class citizen at best when in reality some of the workers there don't even speak the native tongue of this land never been treated so disrespectfully in my life

Okay so sometimes I got to walk through the store and I'll see something that reminds me of what I need, and this place has a rule that a worker has to be with you on the other half of the store and they told me they're not just going to walk with me that I got to know what I want, and I said so I can't go back there and you won't follow me I'm sure I'm going to buy something and they said no not unless you know exactly what you want so I think I'll go to a different Ace since this one has either a lot of stuff stolen from them or just some seriously bad trust issues

Horrible customer service. Held my U-Haul return for over 24 hours before checking it in - I had to call after receiving a notice from U-Haul that the truck was “missing”.

Have been trying to get in contact with Jessica, who I believe is the owner, to close a business account. Everytime I call she is never available and anytime I try to get someone else to help me on this situation, they always tell me Jessica is the only person that can take care of this. I'm starting to think that she doesn't exist and they're just telling me that so I don't close my account. My experience to say the least has been very frustrating dealing with this store. I don't recommend shopping here. Barry's hardware on central has been much more attentive and that is where I will be taking my business to.
