This is why everyone is going to HD or Lowes--unfavorable return policies. This place is wildly overstocked, and you feel super cramped. If you were larger and needed assistance, you could not fit in the aisles.

This store is amazing! There are so many wonderful things for the holidays and for every day needs. I went in today for some items for a special project and Michele (with 1 L, the same as me) went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed and she was so friendly and nice. I will be going back to this store from now on.

I love this place but be aware that there is no restroom here. Also It would be helpful if they had an employee who would be available for assistance while you are looking for a specific item We had to search around to find timers for our Holiday lights. Otherwise this would be a 5 star location.

Do not shop here. Or do if you hate money, and like to be followed and harassed. This store must get alot of shoplifters because all of the older men working there, are there for loss prevention, because they would need a detailed recipe to make ice. Even while being checked out by the cashier they triangulate around the registers thinking your going to run off while the cashier has your debit card. My girlfriend pointed that out to me after leaving and getting into the car. I do not shoplift so was clueless to the situation. I did notice and thought it was strange being asked 5 times if i was finding everything ok, one time by 3 employees standing around that i thought were doing nothing but now i realize they were thinking i was going to steal and just run out or something. Come to think of it I have never seen a black or mexican person shopping or working there. To sum it all up, stay away from arties ace hardware

Arties ace hardware in PV has literally got everything you could want in a hardware store and then some. My favorite thing there is their sample cans of paint. Every line of paint I have ever requested is available in a sample size and I have quite the hefty collection going. some people collect stamps I collect sample pots of paint. No judging. Seasonal decor? Every skeleton was there for Halloween. Shake hands with a hand? Got it covered. Soup to nuts? Aisle 6. Don’t even try to throw Arties off its game…. They have everything a hardware store should have plus the duck your pool needs!

Came in twice for needs for the bar. I don’t have a clue about bathroom repair. Scott took damn good care of me, both times. Was in and out. Asked the cashier and they mentioned he was new. Keep that man. He seems like he was there for years

This location has always been my go to Ace. The reliability that their inventory will solve my need is unmatched in other big box hardware stores. The store is well laid out and organized. The staff is knowledable and skilled.

I went to this store PV ACE HDWRE...TO PICK UP 1.5 INCH THREADED PLUGS....WHEN I ASKED FOR HELP , I WAS TOLD TO GO BACK TO WHERE I WAS JUST AT...HELP CAME AND THEY COULD NOT FIND IT EITHER....THEN ONE Was found....on my phone it says $2.39 I am standing in the store.....the cashier says $4.59....I show the Mgr..your Web site says $2.39...he says" Oh that's on_line" I went on my phone and looked it up again..now it was saying $4.59.....now an hour later it says $2.39....False advertising.....

I went into Artie's Ace Hardware located on the NorthEast corner of Tatum Blvd and Thunderbird Rd. It is closer to my home that other stores. I have gone there numerous times over the last 12 years. Not for everything mind you. My last visit was a nightmare exemplified by a 30 something perpetuator who does not know the first letter, or any letter, of the words: CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was only the 2nd experience I have come across where employees expect to show up for work, do nothing (except be rude, stupid, uncool, not nice, and adhere to not one single task they were trained or told to do. After all that, they expect to be paid! Then when given their walking orders, "Don't let the door hit you on the way out!" Last words said by management, "Don't call us, we'll call you!" In this case which I had it was so unbelievable, I think the guy challenged me, I wasn't sure what he said exactly as I was ahead of him exiting the store. I was fully ready to punch this punks lights out. Only if he tried to hit me first, I am not totally stupid like this joker. I would take his attempt and either deflect it or send him and his useless energy, as he is a stupid and silly ass, straight to the ground. BTW, I sent either a survey or an email after this happened, probably a month or so ago. Explaining the travesty and asking them or letting them know they could contact me by phone or otherwise. Of course, I heard not work one. It's their business, not mine.

This store does a phenomenal job with customer service! I have to give a special shout out to Lindsey at the register today, who was incredibly knowledgeable and truly kind. She absolutely went above and beyond to help me, Ace please throw a promotion or raise her way because she did a great job!

I just recently bought a new new grill to replace our ancient grill. There was a slight mix up on the website during ordering and the grill came still in the box. It was supposed to be assembled. However, the driver, I believe his name was Chico, made a quick phone call and built our brand new grill right in our backyard. He did an amazing job building it all from memory. He never once had to look at the instructions and it's built better than most show models at the big box stores. I think he said he's been doing this for a decade. The grill is beautiful, the service was top notch, and I would recommend this Ace Hardware and the delivery driver Chico to anyone, anytime!

Been shopping here for years and for the most part a pleasant experience. Zach on the other hand ruined that. I was asking for a product and he directed me to similar items. Told him I spent five minutes looking and could not find anything similar. He did not seem to be one bit inclined to help a customer with anything including locating a product. He seemed very bothered and inconvenience that I was asking the customer service desk to help with service for a customer. Very disappointed.
