  If I could, I would ditch these wannabe miniature gods and get BCBS again. These people and I use the term people loosely as possible are absolutely horrible people. I wish the same pain to them as I’m dealing with to no fault of my own.

  Horrible company. A step sideways from Humana. Would suggest going without if your choice is Aetna.

  Trying to get them to pay the supplemental insurance is a nightmare. I have 2 claims pending one for a heart attack and one for cancer. You send them documents and it’s 10-14 days. After that they say you need more documents. And then another 10-14 days. 2 straight forward claims. Documents have been sent. I will never... read full comment
