I have been going to this Pharmacy for about two years now and the service is always amazing. I had to pick up my prescription tonight and there was a mix up in regards to my prescription and the pharmacist Carissa went above and beyond to help me. She was compassionate, patient and just truly amazing.Thank you!

Albertsons’ pharmacy at the 19th Ave/Northern location is great! Today I was helped by Mina (I am not sure how to spell his name, sorry!) who was the only one working at the time. He efficiently handled several customers, got my vaccines done, and kept things running smoothly. I really appreciated his customer service and kindness during the vaccines as I am a bit needle shy. He made sure I got my grocery coupons after the shots too! Thank you!!!

There used to be a tall pharmacist was excellent at her job. She smiled and projected the happiness she had in her job. The other pharmacists are quiet but get their job done.

I want to tell Yvonne the associate that brought out my online order today 11/12 @ 1:20 PM. Yvonne thank you for your thoughtfulness in bringing me a cold bottle of water! I appreciate the management of Albertsons for trying to keep a standard of customer service that this company has been known for… great job Albertsons team!

Seems like one of the ladies there absolutely hate that you have the audacity to show up. Like you're wasting her time for needing medication???

My sister goes here to pick up her PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION that she's PRESCRIBED by her doctor to take and these jerks always give her a hard time! If it's not their judgmental states and whispering of her, it's their attitude towards her. They always give her a hard time with refills, one will say it's ready today but when she goes to pick up another will say pick up tomorrow. They are rude, insensitive, and unprofessional. Its discrimination. Do better.

Be careful going to this pharmacy. If I had the option of rating this store pharmacy zero stars I certainly would. They will make health and medication decisions that override your Dr. they will cancel prescriptions with no notice regardless if it may be lifesaving medication or urgently needed after a serious surgery or illness. They will double charge your credit card and then force you to chase down your money. I’ve been forced into using this pharmacy because of Tricare’s new policies. This Osco Albertsons (especially this location) leaves a lot to be desired. From filling your prescriptions when the pharmacist “feels like it” or the pharmacist pretending he has a medical license and making choices for me. Even overcharging on groceries every. single. time. I have the receipts to show how underhanded they are. Fry’s here I come!

I actually transferred from Walmart.I was told by transferring all my scripts, I would receive a $75 gift card. But after I did I asked the pharmacy when I would receive it? He stated since I have State insurance, I won't receive it. It's for people who are actually paying for thier insurance.I have never been discriminated against. due to my insurance,I even reached out through the app, and sent an email. No one ever replied bk.Some have any initiative to transfer it back to CVS or Walmart.

I needed to see how much a prescription was going to cost and it turned out that it was on 'back order ',which means I wasn't able to pick it up
