I actually transferred from Walmart.I was told by transferring all my scripts, I would receive a $75 gift card. But after I did I asked the pharmacy when I would receive it? He stated since I have State insurance, I won't receive it. It's for people who are actually paying for thier insurance.I have never been discriminated against. due to my insurance,I even reached out through the app, and sent an email. No one ever replied bk.Some have any initiative to transfer it back to CVS or Walmart.

Do I went into Albertsons to get a money order to pay my rent.I was pulling the money from two separate accounts and therefor using two seperate debit cards for the total amount . After I swiped the first card I realized I needed to transfer the second amount from savings to checking. While I was doing this the woman who was helping me had to step away and told the representative next to her to finish the transaction. She also specifically told her DO NOT void the transaction of the first amount as it wont go immediately back into the account and could take some time. I also requested she not void it for the same reason . The second woman was very arrogant and refused to listen. She immediately voided it as soon as the first woman walked away. As she had been warned the money was already drawn out of my account and even tho it was voided will now take 5-7 days to return to my account. I asked the manager for a letter stating what happened and that it was beyond my control due to the representatives error. She started to write it and then all of a sudden ripped it up in front of me and said I am sorry I can not do it she then blamed my bank and questioned me on how my bank worked and why it was that way.I now not only can not pay my rent I have $50 fee ontop of it Along with a 5 day eviction notice.I phoned corporate to tell them and the gentlemen that was obviously over seas sounded very disinterested mans mater of fact stating I would get a call back but didnt say when or by whom. User's recommendation: Be cautious when purchasing money orders from Albertsons.

They never have meds in on time they always lie about what time it will be ready if I talk to one pharmacist they say my meds will be ready today before 1pm I call back and the omen woman always says not till tomorrow then I tell her someone else told me it would be ready today all of a sudden they have the meds in and they will be ready in a hour it’s such a hassle going here don’t let them tell u they don’t have your meds in or “the delivery truck hasn’t arrived” (that’s the one they usually try and use) because when u speak to someone who actually works and checks on the medication the story changes every single time.. the gentleman that works there is a good worker he actually checks on the medication and doesn’t just say they won’t be in to have one less script to fill.. I always hope I will get him on the phone because if not, they won’t even try for me.. horrible service aside from him

The pharmacist told me he would be able to help me with my GoodRx to save me money and said it would be accepted I waited about 15 minutes before he told me finally after I asked you know how's it looking he says it didn't accept it in the network and if I tried to go anywhere else like Walgreens or Walmart they probably wouldn't accept it either I went across the street with the same GoodRx code and everything was fine and I got it for the price at GoodRx gave me so I don't know what the issue over at Albertsons pharmacy was but I won't take the advice over there again or my prescriptions

horrible customer service very rude and attentive to the customer do not come here if you are waiting to fill your prescription they're very rude and I have been waiting for over an hour when I asked what's going on they were completely clueless as to why I was here I read highly recommend going anywhere else if you want to fill your prescription this is the last place you should go now I have to wait in line and I've been here for over an hour

Would be nice if they updated their hours online, there aren't any restrictions for covid , so why have the hours back to normal on some day , yet other days they close early. Extremely inconvenient and not sure why they wouldn't just update the hours online. Isn't too difficult....

I spoke to Makayla asked her a question she found out the answer for me I voiced a opinion that they should mention on the coupon that Medicare and Ahcccs insurance is not eligible for gift card she told me to call corporate she said that was not there problem and then hung up on me when i asked for her name when I called back there was no answer so I called backs second time and asked why she hung up on me she said we got disconnect but she was on speaker and my roommates heard her hang up it was very rude and very unprofessional I am also going to call corporate
