I have come many times to shop here and none of those times had they thrown my things away until just two weeks ago and they didn't even give me a bag. I had to put them in my car without a bag. If the boy doesn't like his job, he leaves, he doesn't ship properly, everything is rude, I was nice and I think it must have been the other way around...

Not too many options, and it's kind of small compared to other Albertsons I've been to, though it is easy to commute to, and the employees are pretty nice. Quick and easy shop if you need something on the go.

The butcher or meat manager followed us up front and walked up to my family at the checkout with Erik. He walked up to our cart and family and turned to go down the aisle we were last. in the last aisle of the store where water is. He was wearing his dirty meat apron. He walked straight up to us to the check out and walked off. There were other employees clocking in and out . That meat cutter was not at the clock. Also your store management was following us. He was in meat when we got there and showed up in the last aisle (water aisle) We bought a lot of meat from meat department. It's why we were there today. Your store was following us to the register. Even with two security guards at the front. I will never return to this store . I just complemented the butcher block how great his case looked. And we get followed . But we paid and we pay every time we go.ever since 35th and northern Safeway burned down. Never going to shop this location ever again. I am a paying customer to get treated terrible. No thanks. Don't shop here if you pay.

I do love this store and most of the employee's.... The guy at the meat counter sees me coming and already knows what im gonna ask for lol I visit frequently sometimes twice a day but..... today I had an incident with Shelly at the CUSTOMER SERVICE counter that was less then pleasant do better girl

Expired food and lettuce full of bugs. Eggs on the shelf were expired and always out of stock Shamrock milk and Organics yogurt. This store is definitely having issues. See Best Buy date of 05/17/2024 on newly purchased package of Manischewitz soup. Many products have a short expiration date as they have sat on the shelf.

Last week, while purchasing alcohol, I encountered an issue at the checkout counter. Despite having my digital ID stored on my cellphone through the Az Mobile ID app, the cashier refused to accept it. She stated that the store policy prohibited the sale of alcohol without a physical ID.
This incident was particularly frustrating, as I have consistently been able to purchase alcohol at other retailers by presenting my digital ID. The cashier’s behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, and her refusal to sell me alcohol despite my valid digital ID was unacceptable.

I had my prescription filled out over At the pharmacy and they have it in their system not to give me any other brand Due to my medical condition and they end up switching my medication now I have to go back there to get the specific kind that I need knowing them. They’re gonna refuse because this medication is useless for me.

I shop here very often and I love it because it’s quiet and the selection is on point!! I understand the security due to the neighborhood. But OMG! I really had to pee and they had to unlock the bathroom in lieu of giving me the code and by god the state of those bathrooms… for a bathroom that is LOCKED and can only be accessed by employees with a code it is absolutely disgraceful!!! And right outside is the butcher counter with raw seafood!!! That is just beyond. I felt dirtier leaving.
