Went to buy chicken and potato wedges from the deli tonight, as I regularly do, and was informed they now shut down the warmers at 7pm (20min before I got there). Bummer as there was plenty of food left just sitting there cold. I can understand not making more after a certain time, but why let everything that was already cooked go to waste so early.
It used to be a quick dinner on my way home from work, now I’ll have to find somewhere else to go.

Female at register gave me an eyeroll when I asked her to adjust 2 prices when their "digital coupons" weren't working in the app. Sorry to inconvenience you for the extra 10 seconds it took you to fix something due to your own app not working.

I am absolutely disgusted by the experience I had at this store. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any business in my life. I don’t know how this store continues to operate with such an utter lack of professionalism. Just look at how many bad reviews there have been recently. Go anywhere else but here.

Christmas Eve - special hours were supposed to be open til 11 PM
I arrived 10:50 PM to quickly grab some chives and the manager Daniel turned me away, with a rude smirk saying “we’re closed. “Several people still in the store shopping and checking out but Daniel just walked away while I was trying to talk to him.
I understand there may be business or other reasons to close early but managers shouldn’t be this rude to guests.

Tried to buy a smoked turkey today at the Albertsons on North Tatum. On line it shows 23.99. When we went to pay it was $44.95. Spoke to the manager and she said she couldn’t do anything. We bought it on line for the sale price. She says or ok go ahead and take it then. WHY DO THEY MAKE IT SO DIFFICULT???
Go to Fry, Walmart, Target. Anywhere but Albertsons!!!!

We live in DR so we go here because it’s close. 100% of the time we shop here the prices when we check out do not match the sales or regular prices and the prices are always higher. In October 2024 Albertsons was fined by the DOJ for fraud and price fixing. Bad Karma here for sure!

I went to the Albertsons at Desert Ridge prior to noon today, August 27. After picking up primarily sales items, I went to the deli. There were no customers and there were FOUR employees behind the deli counter. They were packaging food. Two of the employees made eye contact with me several times but never acknowledged me. I audibly cleared my throat twice. No reaction. I TWICE asked if someone could please help me. No reaction. I stood there staring at the employees for another couple of minutes. I continued to be ignored. I turned around and left. If I had not already carefully selected items, I would have departed the store then and there. Why do you have a deli if you have employees who have no intention of serving customers?! I went to the self-checkout and departed at 12:03, in case Chris Jewell (name atop of receipt) cares enough to check into this and get the deli staff effectively trained in customer service.

Arrived today when they opened at 6am. Why is it when, you walk into some grocery stores, you get hit with a bad fishy odor?🤥 Also, the lady cashier was over talking the the older gentleman in the self checkout. Not one of the 6 employees I encountered acknowledged me. Not even the guy in the plaid shirt and khakis with the feather duster tucked in the back.🤔
