Always available, resourceful, gets things done. The customer service (at least over the phone) is terrible. The rep was not helpful and basically just parroted back what I was saying. I would not do business with this bank. My personal bank currently is going through extensive verification for a check I deposited that was received from WAB. They say they are being extra cautious because of do not honor and failed payment dealings from WAB. Proceed with caution.

Personal bank accounts can only be accessed through a middle man called SaveBetter. Normally wouldn't be an issue but they only let you link one external bank account to withdraw/deposit from and you can only change it once every 60 days.The account I linked I closed after moving funds over so my money was held hostage for 60 days after that before I could access any funds.Western Alliance Bank should consider pushing back on this policy as it does not look good for them to hold funds hostage for two whole months!

I would strongly recommend NOT dealing with this bank. Their rules pertaining to deposits and withdrawals and primitive, and absurd.Customer service is nonexistent.

We have been doing business with Alliance Bank for several years. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Whenever I have a questions or need help; they are all so quick to assist and with genuinely happy attitudes. Kelvin at City Scape branch and Justin at Treasury Management provide excellent customer service and we appreciate them!

OMG - If you are a small business Run don't Walk away from this place. Upper management, Austin and Sergio are extemely terrible to work with. They accepted a fraud check that looked nothing like our company checks with a signature not even remotely close to mine, then said they could not reimburse me for the bad check, 'they cashed'. Currently in lawsuit situation but again, terrible, terrible bank to work with. I was only so glad to move my commercial building loan to a local small business bank that dropped my rate a full 2% and are extremly customer service oriented. They were happy to have my commercial loan and the annual $3MM I run through their bank. Bye, Bye, Alliance Bank. Keep treating your customers like this an you will soon find yourselves looking for a new job. I won''t mention the Perfect bank for small business but you can locate their headquarters in Phoenix.I'm sure there are a lot of great employees at Alliance bank, however; should you ever have an issue or need assistance good luck even getting a call back from management, let alone assitance.....

Zero customer service on the phone. They must not be aware of the pandemic? They’ll spend 5 minutes giving you the run around but refuse to answer a yes or no question. Seems counterproductive.

Horrible experience with ClearBalance. I decided to split up my monthly hospital payments over a period of a year and pay with my HSA. Bad idea -- even though I paid every month, I started getting late fees because my payments didn't match up perfectly with the bill due date. I called Customer Support to let them know about the issue, and they offered to change the payment due date so I would no longer get the late fees -- except that only made the problem worse!
