Outstanding customer service, very polite, honest and hard-working. I just recently had a move. Early in the move I had to go to the ER due to extreme low blood pressure. The guys were amazing with my brother's and did what they needed to do. I couldn't thank them enough.

I called around to a few places to receive quotes and AllStar (also owns Frontier Movers) had the best price to customer service ratio. The person I spoke with on the phone to get the quote and book the service was polite and didn't try to oversell me. I booked about 1.5 months in advance and had no issue getting my preferred date.Today the movers arrived. They can arrive between 9-11a and came at exactly 9. Both of the men were polite and careful with all my belongings. They took apart my bed from for me and wrapped some fragile things. They were also very quick. I am a single person that was moving from one unit to another in a large complex (so they loaded everything into the truck and then unloaded it). It took them about 1.5 hours (they charge a 2 hour minimum). Overall, great company. I would use them again and recommend them.

We have used six moving companies over the last 20 years of moving and these guys by far have been the best. They didn't waste anytime and didn't stop working until everything was done. They were quick, professional, and took great care moving us. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future. Thank You!

HORRIBLE! Do NOT use this moving company. It took them 11 hours to move me from a two bedroom house to a three bedroom condo. I have moved numerous times and know how long it should take and cost (NOT 11 hours). One of the movers talked the entire time about his financial difficulties and the other made inappropriate comments to me and texted me throughout the move about going out with him. I later did a background check and found he had been arrested for domestic violence and kidnapping. When I called the owner about this information, he said, "Was he convicted or just charged?" Really?! You want to split hairs over something as serious as DV and kidnapping? I have NEVER had such a bad experience with a mover. I repeat. DO NOT USE THEM.

My move was 4 weeks and 3 days ago, May 24. I like how you have time to reply to Yelp but not pick up the phone and return a call. I have a record of all calls as well. I initiated all calls until this week. And I only received 1 email from Casey no others. A small dent? That's not accurate nor the issue here. It's the negligence on your part to resolve the damages caused.

Allstar Metro Movers did an outstanding job with our move from Scottsdale to Tucson. Lynette was my first contact to get a quote and she was very fast, accurate and accommodating. We had a 4 foot by 6 foot oil painting that needed to be boxed for storage and she said they could do it and did do it. We had to cancel the first moving date because our house sale fell through and then the second moving date had to be moved up by a day with only 2 days notice (I spoke to Lynette on Christmas eve to change our move from 12/27 to 12/26) and she was able to make the schedule changes without any extra charges. Donald and Garett did an outstanding job packing the moving truck, protecting our furniture, boxing our oil painting and unloading the contents into a storage locker. Donald and Garett were very professional and fast, they had all of the necessary equipment to protect and secure our household contents in their carpet lined truck for the drive to Tucson from Scottsdale. I would use Allstar Metro Movers again, if the need arises and would definitely recommend them to everyone. Linda

Solid movers at a very reasonable rate! We moved from a two story home into a single level home in Phoenix during a hot summer day. Our movers were polite and efficient - the guys were very reliable and we are so grateful for their help! Compared with other moving companies in the valley, I thought the hourly rate was very fair. I would definitely recommend All Star Movers to other folks moving within the valley.

I don't even know where to begin singing All Star Movers' praises. This is the second move in 30 days, and both times they were amazing. From the initial contact with Lynn in the office to wrapping it up a half hour ago, it was an awesome experience, and how many time has moving been described as awesome? Zero to none. On the first move, Lynn sent Don and Kevin. Ask for them, they are two really great guys and a really great team together. I enjoyed working with them so much, I requested them for the second move. They were quick, efficient, professional, and the way they packed the storage unit is a thing of beauty. When I looked inside after they were done, angels sang. And to top it all off, the price was more than reasonable for the quality of the work and the time in which they completed the job. The only thing they weren't able to do is make friends with my chihuahua, Charlie Brown.

A couple of days ago we used this company to move to our new home. I was completely impressed with the experience. Very accommodating customer service and movers who were respectful and careful. The cost was very reasonable for the caliber of service. We will recommend Allstar to everyone.

These guys move slower than you could possibly imagine. So slow, that I eventually told them to leave things and just go. Also. Explain to me how it's okay to take a smoke break while I'm paying you. Water breaks. Sure. But I'm not going to pay you to smoke even one cigarette. Do it on your own time. I had to move my own mattress and box spring down stairs. And to put the icing on the cake the owner was a complete jerk to my wife on the phone when she called to complain. I have moved several times and have used movers every time and this company is by far the worst. I do not recommend them at all. I literally could have moved my house by myself in half the time it took them if I would have had a truck to move it. I pay for convenience, not headache. I should not have to make 2 or 3 trips back to my other house to get what they left because I wasn't going to continue to pay them to move like molasses. What a total waste.

Thank You Doug for your "Moving experience!" lol the crew was fabulous, arrived on time, loaded everything quickly and carefully padded all my furniture. nothing was damaged and everything was set in my new home exactly where I requested. wonderful job I will recommend your company to everyone I know !

You get what you pay for in a moving company and AllStar Movers is worth paying just a little bit more than the "bargain" companies. I moved from a third story apartment in mid June (hot!) Throughout the process they were very transparent in what they were doing and quick to answer any questions or concerns I about moving certain objects. They came on time and had all the necessary supplies and personnel to move my entire apartment. They worked with efficiency and care to make sure all my items were taken care of. They even shared a few tips on how to fix damage that other movers had previously caused! Would hire them again and highly recommend them to others who want their items taken care of for a fair price.

Allstar Movers just finished moving us to our new home. It was a very long day because we had way too much furniture, boxes and just stuff. The moving gentlemen did an outstanding job. They were pleasant and patient the entire time even when my wife couldn't decide where she wanted certain things. The price was really fair for the service. I recommend Allstar to everyone.
