Had no problem getting a storage unit! I was in and out pretty quickly because I did my shopping online, which is cheaper, so I just went in to get my keys and sign my contract. Great online rates and kristi helped me choose what was right for my needs!

9/30/25- Just a update on the price increases at the facility on 34th and Indian School Rd. I just received another increase effective 10/26/25 to $320.54. Price has more than doubled in less than a year. Beware!! It seems that good customers should be rewarded with a price decrease.
Nice facility, but a heads up. I just received an increase to my monthly bill after 6 months that went from $154.35 to $236.67 for a 10 by 20 foot unit. I did not see anything about a price increase when I initially rented the unit. I was told by the representative at the location on 34th and Indian School that price increases occur at 6 months and 10 months and are based on Market conditions. They cannot tell me what the next price increase will be.
