Hours: Alta Vista Plaza is in a not so great location but has security guards to protect the area. The plaza is alright and contains several businesses. There is a QT in front, a coin laundrymat, a Dollar General, a water machine, a UPS store, a Walgreens, a Bookman's, an AT&T business, a Sprouts, a doctor's office, and other shops. The water from the machine is clean and tastes very good. There are also places for Arabic food and middle eastern European food. Some reviewers note the presence of homeless people and trash, but many have never had a problem. The businesses are described as helpful and friendly. The doctor's office is thorough and convenient, located next to the Dollar General. Bookman's is a favorite store that has gotten better over the years. Overall, it is an ok plaza with useful services and good businesses.
