I took my cat in to be spade, and they were very kind with her and me! I was so nervous dropping off one of my fur family members, but they treated me with respect and told me everything that was going to happen. Her surgery went really well, and she healed quickly. And the price is right! I HIGHLY recommend.

Took my 2 girls and for all that they got for 2 dogs all of their shots, microchip, and the spay with cone and medicine. I spent a little over 500. I consider that a great deal! They were super friendly and accommodating. My girls healed up great tho.... I wish I got the sedative cuz my girl was on the go shortly after the visit when stuff wore off. So I do recommend if ur dog is a busy body get them cuz I regret not getting it lol. Another thing is my dogs pain meds weren't strong enough they were in a lot of pain still even with the 3 days of meds.

First I want to say thank you for all you do! And I want to let you know I was over charged $25 for my cats visit. (Fcat spayed $90 with Cat Package (Vaccines and Microchip) - $80.00 = $170 - $20 deposit = $150) I paid half in cash $70 and half on my card $105 ($70 + $105 = $175), and the receptionist was running low on patience or just having a hard time/day and did not want to give me my receipt and when she did she said she could only give me the one that was only showing I paid my card portion. She was starting to be rude and short with me. I am very disappointed with that part of the service.

I was about the sixth person to hand in my pet and leave for the day for a 4:30 PICK UP TIME. For some reason, I didn't see a text on the pick-up time. I came back at 5 p.m. and asked why, as above , my pet did not get seen in an order of drop off. Clerk said, "It was up to the techs, and the dogs are done first, then the cats. The prop off should be given a number on each pet. This prevents a person or pet waiting all day and not be seen until the last minutes of the day. I was flexible, and I came back at 5 p.m., but this can all be. Avoided by going in order of when the owner checked the pet in. Assign a number at the time of the check-in and stick with it!
Hi, I just read your responce to my suggestion. It should all make sence except that at my origional 4:30 pick up time my cat had not been sceen and at 5pm only 30 min later she had surgery and was ready to be picked up? What happened to you giving my cat time tonwake up properly and be watched to make sure she was really ok? It was a rush and the techs were doing things getting ready tonleave for the day. She came home with this big scratch on the top of hwr nose which scsbbed up and just yesterday fell off leaving a darker bald spot on her skin. How did that happen-by rushing at the end of the day. Dogs go first because theybtake longer to wake up-great! Guve the dogs numbers as to when their iwners brought them in and give csts a number as to when they came in and emwere checked in. I and others planned theirnday around the pick up time. Still, hiw did my cat get last when she was about theb6th animal, dog ir cat, being checked into the clinic. Come back 30 min later? What was I suposed to do for 30 mon in one of thebworst parts of town? I couldn't drive home-to far. I got something to eat in the equally bad part of Sunny Slope swarming with bumbs! You need to see the entire picture of what yiu cause by not going in order. I would have gladly come and picked her up early ti help you lessen the animals in the building. Mist people would enjoy that. I arriced at mynpick up time and was told I should have received a text changing the time of pick up. I am not 30 and under and stsy on that device just waiting to a random text. The front desk should state or remind everyone to pissubly get a text about their pet. A phone call would have been just as fast and more efficient in communication. Texting takes longer than a phone call. I would have heard a call more that some randon beep from a device at my hip! As I explained fully-phone do not text messages, do not rush doing a surgery into the space of 30.minutes and expect that it us good care of anyones animals. Whiever took her out if the LARGE pet cage know they skin ed her nose! The failed to do furst aid and they failed to tell me it happened. This did not happen to her after I took her home and gently placed her in her own room with proper food, bedding and litter pan. She decided when to co.e out of the open cage. The top of the csge is designed to unscrew, remive the tio and gently remove a pet, reverse order can then be applied o. Her return to the LARGE cage for my small lady cat. I hope her hair grows back in her nose. You will now ask why didn't I say something when I noticed it. Because there would just be either a Blame game umong the techs or a complete denile of the sourse of the injury. She is still tramatuzed by being left in her cage all day listening to and seeing what goes on behing the doors. She is acting so timid to me that she is hissing every time I get near her. No trama has happened to her in my care. How am I supossed to get her to calm back down from whatever she experienced while waiting and being remived from the LARGE cage? I have ended up placing her baby daddy in the room with her while she recovered for two weeks-thus helped her and him, and I have let her kittens in the room after the 2 weeks so they do not loose the bond. I try to gently pet her and comb her with a nice brush for stimulatuon and human touch. SHE H

It was a very reasonable price and easy experience all around to get my fur baby spayed and vaccinated. I love their drop off system and they made the whole process very comfortable. My dog healed wonderfully and didn't even need the e-collar. They didn't charge me for trimming my dogs nails either so that was kind of them

This place had great customer service. The website to book appointments was easy to use. This place was clean and the staff were so wonderful. The greeting you immediately as you walk in with a smile on their faces. If your look for low cost neuter and spay this is the place to go. Most definitely would return. They did such an awesome job with my 2 dogs Blackie and Brownie.

I brought a litter of 6 kittens(strays we found and decided to raise!) in to this clinic to get their first vaccines, and afterwards the staff there graciously advised me to take them to my regular vet to evaluate for ringworm. I very much appreciate their assessment skills and letting me know so I could get treatment going as soon as possible. Sure enough the entire litter + mom had ringworm. Thankfully it was pretty mild so one course of oral meds paired with antifungal baths did the trick. I probably wouldn't have known for a while if they hadn't tipped me off. Once they finished their ringworm treatment, I immediately made appointments to bring them back here for spay/neuter. Not only are they perceptive but they are efficient, pleasant, and offer very reasonable prices. You can tell they really care about animals, and I thought it was really sweet when they asked me about the silly names we gave the kittens and told me how they were singing cutesy made up songs to the kittens throughout the day they were getting spayed/neutered. Highly recommend!
