Do not do business with this company. I placed a order in the amount of $954.00 they never gave me tracking Information until I called and complained about it. They even said oh I'm sorry we never sent you any Information about that we mess up due to changing personnel. They finally sent the tracking information to me. I had to call the USPS because it said in transit a month later . The USPS called and said it never was in the shipping container. Now I call amazing mail back requesting refund and they say sorry not our problem once we print and process it . I will be making sure I let everyone know about this company and not to do business with them.

Is there no "zero stars" option? They produced poor-quality postcards that don't look like the proofs that I signed off on. Add to that their terrible customer "service" with no accountability for their error and poor work. I have been a customer of Amazing Mail for 10 years. Boy, have they gone downhill. I'll never use them again, and I would warn anyone against using this service unless you're willing to roll the dice and hope your mailings come out right.

Weekend Landscaping Contacted this business to print and mail roughly 2,700 mailers. Of which only a very very small percentage we’re actually delivered. We first went to them about the issue and were directed to contact USPS of the mailing issue. It took around 4 months for USPS to eventually come to the conclusion that Amazing mail were responsible for the refund as the charge was on there account. We forwarded the information provided by USPS to amazing mail and we’re simply told it’s been to long and they will not refund anything. They since have not responded to any emails etc… Disgusting Customer service. Last but not least I had the opportunity of seeing 1 of the very few mailers that actually got shipped and it was very thin magazine paper, I could literally see through it. I then went back to look at our order etc to see some fine print stating they may use lesser quality paper without notice “Due to Supply issues” these people are scam artists. $1,350.00 for a small business down the drain. My tip, GO TO A LOCAL PRINTER. Ask questions and insure you’re working with good honest people.

Love Amazing mail! It is a wonderful site to make post cards while traveling, made anywhere in the world, sent from AZ!! Service is good, quality is wonderful! I also use them to make my Christmas cards. I have been a customer since the early 2000's.

Amazingly incompetent at international mailing. I would give ZERO stars if I could. None of my marketing postcards to China were sent or received. As a built in check I had two postcards sent to friends in China and Japan and they never received them. My payment was processed but my postcards weren't. I lost hundred of dollars!! SCAMMERS!!!

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. They were not helpful or knowledgeable in getting my cards set up. They misprinted date critical cards not once, but TWICE. The reprinted cards did not arrive in time AND they shorted me nearly 200 cards. All I get from management is that they will reprint my order. REALLY?? That's the last thing I need. Worst customer service ever.
