AMC Ahwatukee 24 is a pretty good theater with spacious, comfortable recliner seats and reasonably big screens. The projectors are good, and the theater is clean, though some seats are torn up and in need of repair. The service is great, with exceptionally friendly and caring staff providing outstanding customer service. Buying tickets online is easier than using the kiosks, and it is advised to get tickets in advance as it can be very expensive. While the food isn't anything special, the nuggets are tasty, and the popcorn is fair with the option to add more butter. Visiting on Tuesdays offers half-off tickets with a rewards card.
Not sure how much longer this theater will stay in business. I've been twice in the last month, and it was pretty empty. No surprise that drinks/snacks were overpriced. Movie viewing and sound quality were great and the times offered were good as well. The staff was friendly.

This is actually a pretty good theater. They don’t have IMAX here. I don’t think but most of the theaters are really big and they’re just added laser to it so the projectors are pretty good.
