Poor quality of workmanship for installing glass with glazing putty in wood windows. They had the windows for two weeks, I had to pay another person to fix the poor quality of their work.

Had a slider window glass replaced. It took over a week to get it replaced. Very pricey. Could have bought a whole new window and installed it for a few dollars more. Though it would have taken 6 to 8 weeks to have the new one made. It matched the color exactly. Will say thanks and will use them again.

These folks can do home glass replacement or full window replacement which is nice if you aren't sure which you need. In my case, I had a water leak coming into the wall through the aluminum window frame itself. They were the only ones who were willing to come out and investigate/troubleshoot this unusual problem for me to see if window replacement was even necessary. Knowledgeable crew. REALLY appreciate their service. Like others have said, Janice was very pleasant to work with!
