Good in store staff who do your examinations. If you try to call its an instant 40 min hold after they ask if they can Put you on a "brief hold". Also have been hung up on multiple of times. Get it together. Being short staffed as I've been told, isn't an excuse to hang up on customers.

Americas Best Eyewear Thomas!I had to leave such a review because I typically receive the worst of service here. But today was so different I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional service I received at your Thomas and Eduardo location. Helpful staff.My one complaint is that your chairs are facing the wrong way. People do not like sitting with their backs to the doors.As a vet, I almost walked out because of this.

As was your experience in that place, look for the store because supposedly they do not charge for the exam, if you buy the glasses you do not pay for the exam, so I went and ordered my glasses. I came twice from Somerton Arizona where I live for my glasses and they were not in the store. store, they did not send me an email or call to say that they were not ready. Before coming the second time I dialed and they told me they were ready. But no, they were lost and no one knows where. They will return my money, but they charged me for the exam. Very bad service my first time with them and bad experience

My husband and I have always had a wonderful experience at ABG on Thomas Rd in Phoenix. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took us in early and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much!

Ronnie and Ahmad, as well as entire staff very genuine and they know their stuff! Very busy when I went it and the staff handled effortlessly.Eye text was efficient and not intrusive - well run location.

Went there to have an eye exam and get new glasses. I ended up getting a referral to the ER for an MRI based on the results of my exam. Witch is scary, but good. While waiting for the referral paperwork, Ronnie and all the girls in the lobby helped me pick out 2 pairs of glasses that fit my face. Ronnie also fixed my current frames to fit my face better (because I never had time to come get them fitted before being a new mom in all) The service I received today was spectacular and I definitely would recommend this location to all my friends and family. Thanks for your help ladies. Also thank Dr. D. Rodriguez for hearing me and my problems I've been having and sending me to the ER. Life saving.

I don’t even know where to start! It’s always something with them I can never come in have my appointment and leave it’s never that easy! They have canceled appointments without calling or notifying me! I end up showing up at my appointment time only to be told my appointment is canceled! In other occasions my appointment time was moved without notice resulting in me having to wait in office for hours since driving home and back wasn’t reasonable! They don’t give you appropriate instructions for example tell you to save a pair of contacts for a final exam resulting in having to cancel your appointment and having to wait another 2 to 3 weeks for them! They forget to put patients ready after checking in and dont notice until you come ask how much longer it’ll be! The actual providers are great but the staff can’t seem to get it together! Definitely will be our last year here at least at this location!

Very Satisfied & Grateful. I want to thank Sara, Zac, and Katrina for correcting an error on my eyeglasses for me. I had an issue with my glasses and Sara and Zac reached out to me and were very kind to work with and made sure my glasses were re-made for me. I would highly recommend using America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses. If you want someone to accurately measure for progressives, I would suggest visiting Katrina at 44th and Thomas. She is good at measuring properly for your progressive lenses. Thank you so much for making my glasses so well and standing by your product!

This is the worst experience I've ever had with an eye care establishment. Literally always busy. Can never do anything when you call and ask. I went in for an appointment back in late January. These people wanted me to wait all the way til March to buy my contacts. Claiming the doctor had to authorize my script and that was the closest appointment date. They made no sense what so ever. Not to mention I have a clogged tear duct and paid for their 3 year service, Haven't been able to have anyone who works there assist with making me an appointment or allowing me to purchase a new set of contacts. I don't need to order online. That's the purpose of having a store front. And the worst part is they were in stock. They have the worst customer service.. none of their employees are good at multitasking. I literally had to essentially force them to give me my sample lenses the same day. The woman told me they weren't available and they were.. you know what she said.. "someone pulled them out their butt and now they're available" no... they were available like the doc said & checked, you just aren't effective at your job. Biggest sham of an establishment ever. Shaddy females working in there can't pull their head out their McDonald's lunch bags long enough to actually do their jobs. ?

Shout out to Ronnie M (store manager)and her staff. I was less than happy with my the wait time and was making a fuss, Ronnie came out to speak to me about my concerns. She explained things in a very calm and professional manner although I wasn't happy about waiting I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. The 5 stars are for the interaction with Ronnie(manager)
