These folks know what customer service is all about. I got an appointment for the same day I called. Cindy and her staff were GREAT!! The entire process went smoothly and quickly. My wife had the same experience 6 months when she needed an exam and new glasses. I highly recommend this team to anyone in need of exams and glasses.

Love this place! Tatum and Thunderbird.I had a great experience shopping for contacts and glasses.The employees were helpful. They let me take my time figuring out what worked the best for me. They showed me my opinions, gave me good advice, I am completely confident In my purchase.You gotta love there open on Saturday's.!

America’s Best at Tatum and Thunderbird. Love this place! Brittany, Jade and Chandra are amazing. Their customer service is always spot on! I have never had a bad visit here.I have been going there for 3 years now. All of the employees here take as long is needed to take care of the customer. I have never felt rushed. I ask a lot of questions and they all support their coworkers to make sure the questions are answered correctly. I wish all businesses were this in the spot!

I would like to preface this by saying that I’m a customer service manager. I heard negative things prior to coming here, but I thought it was an isolated incident because of my background in customer service and still decided to use this service. I was never told I would not receive my prescription that day when I walked in to book my appointment. Had I known that, I would not have come here as I needed my prescription prior to the end of august for a wedding. Once I told them after my exam that I wanted to purchase contacts elsewhere because of the price point- the speed of service came to a screeching halt. I recently got my prescription finally the past few days. But I am still am having issues with my prescription being used to purchase contacts from any other place than here. When I went for my initial appt- the girls mostly stood around and talked instead of getting me through the appointment. I was then told I would have to order contacts and have a follow up appointment. I told the girls I didn’t want to purchase contacts through you guys and they eventually said they would order me a trial pair but I would be required to come back again (an hour into the initial appt first time i found out that). The follow up appointment that was quoted at 15 minutes at most, ended up taking me an hour. Overall just really awful customer service, awful customer experience. I agree with the person who warned me not to work with this company and regret spending money on this purchase. Will not be returning

I reached out yesterday 9/20/2023 to Joey C,O,O in order to avoid litigation against Horizon Eye. They chose not to return my call. I took my uncle with Alzheimer's to get a cataract exam and was sold a laser surgery not realizing that my was unable to aid in recovery. So we canceled the surgery. They refunded his money during covid and I was able to see him because of the restrictions placed on nursing homes. He passed away after a fall. I found the expired check when I was going through his belongings. I've asked Horizon Eye to reissue the refund in his name (deceased) in care of Laura ***** ( kin) . So I'm told their not refunding his money. It's really not theirs so I'm having to sue them to get his refund. My feeling are they just don't care about their patients or how they treat them in their sorrow. Unfortunately for them it may cause them more money then the original return. I would love to hear how their going to tell the judge why the money is there's. Be careful of this company they care about you or your family. Money they care about money!

We haven't gotten the glasses and contacts yet but if they are as good as the staff we experienced at this location then I am not worried. The staff was very kind, engaging and we did not wait long to be seen by the Optometrist.

Been coming here for over a decade. My last two times coming they have gotten my prescription wrong beyond belief, and will not fix it without me paying even more. Either this location gets back on track or I will be forced to be out a pair of glasses and find a new place to have them done. Aweful.Update: it’s been months and i am still waiting on them to fix my prescription. Unbelievable honestly that these people are allowed to stay open and do this.

I have been coming to this location for quite sometime and I have to say this last experience was the best by far! Dr. Harvey and Chandra were so calm, pleasant and fun to work with. The whole team here really is a neat one. Keep up the good work. You all are doing a great job! :)

I had the best experience at America’s Best today 8/21. The staff is friendly, funny and just really cared about what I needed. They were knowledgeable which helped me make my decisions a bit easier. Thank you Brittany, Stephanie, Danielle and Jade. You guys are what customer service is all about. Thank you so much. I appreciate you helping me pick out glasses and being honest when something didn’t look great. ? Thank you for not breaking my bank!! I won’t be going anywhere else. Do yourself a favor, if you need glasses, contacts or just to get your eyes checked out, go to America’s Best at Tatum and Thunderbird! Making and appointment and getting in is easy. Thanks again!

I had such a great experience yesterday 7/19/23 . I had an appointment to get new glasses . As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff ! They were so generous and helped me find perfect glasses ! Thank you Brittany, Danielle, Jade , Anna , and Chandra !!!

This was my first experience at an America’s Best and it exceeded my expectations! Getting an appointment time was easy, and the whole appointment was quick and ran smoothly. Danielle walked me through my eye exam and was extremely personable, friendly and caring. Jade helped me pick the perfect lenses for my glasses and my budget. Both employees were absolutely fantastic and made my experience easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back here again! Highly recommend America’s Best and this location specifically!

I had an amazing experience at this location! I was able to make a same day appointment online with flexible hours. Everyone from the front to the back were so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this location!
