Friendly place, good for FFL transfers. Decent ammo prices, bulk ammo onsite for popular calibers. MOST of the items advertised on the website are not at the store. They are drop shipping from a distributor, so useless to shop their website unless you have an online order you will wait to pick up in store some time later.That being said, an excellent collection of low to mid market handguns. You can see every SIG, S&W, FN, etc here, but not Nighthawks or Staccato.Much less on rifle side, but a good smattering of stuff.

Ammo AZ easily takes the crown as the best gun store I've ever visited. Their approach to selling firearms is very inviting because you can handle almost every gun they sell, without having to ask for help. Coupled with an environment that makes both regular customers and first timers feel equally welcomed, is simply unmatched. They have one of the largest inventory of handguns and a knowledgeable staff can answer every question. If they don’t readily know the answer they find it. It's truly a puzzle to me why the exceptional model they've set hasn't been replicated by others in the industry. Ammo AZ doesn't just sell guns; it offers the best price. That’s why I keep returning for more. Murphy is a pioneer in this industry and I can’t wait for what’s next.

I can't say this enough ammo Az is the best gun store I've ever been to the staff are amazing and so friendly and the prices are great. They are honest and don't try to sell you something you don't need unlike "tombstone tactical". I've got all of my firearms from here and whenever someone asks me for a good gun store I always recommend Ammo Az. This is a place you bring your mother, father, and siblings to find the perfect firearm.

Love our local gun store. Great people over there with every option available at different price points. They have every ar trigger on display to feel break and reset.

probably the most chill experience I've ever had in a gun store. no one was trying to force any extra products or services on me, they weren't trying to sell me anything that I didn't need (just offered mags, ammo, the basics like that). nice place with a good selection of firearms.

Best gun store in Arizona. If you're looking for a pistol or AR trigger this is the spot. They have an entire table of ar trigger that you can try from all the major trigger manufacturers. I wish I would've come here before buying my ar trigger. Then they have like 6 tables of pistols probably about 80-100 pistols that aren't behind a glass case. I've spent hours going back and fourth feeling which pistol fits better in my hand which has a better trigger. They also have more high end rifles than anyone like a scar, the Q, tavor, Sig MCX and Barrett's. This place is a gold mine for testing products before you buy them. All there inventory is priced better than sportsman's warehouse or other big name stores. Their ammo is also priced well. The staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. So grateful to have this place in Phoenix. Thank you AMMO AZ you guys are awesome and have a perfect gun store.

Imagine the Apple Store of guns. You can go handle any firearm on their tables or wall without needing assistance to get it out a case like most shops. Their staff is friendly and willing to assist in anything you need. Overall great staff and great prices.
