Outside walkways and entrances of establishment are disgusting. So dirty and nasty, I didn't want to walk on their sidewalks. These people need to hire a professional to keep there entrances cleaned up. Guess the never heard of power washing their sidewalks and entrances. Gum stuck all over concrete and dirty grime. I might drive back by there tomorrow to update with a picture. Didn't know I could attach pictures.

MARÍA was super rude I been going to this store for years this was the worst encounter I ever experienced this employee doesn’t deserve to be working for this company if she doesn’t care how she treats customers ! I asked her why she was being so rude she replied that she didn’t care. This is a very bad example from this company.

i stopped at the store around 2:30 in the morning because it says online that they are open 24 hours in store as well every time i come here the doors are locked and nobody wants to service you in the convenience store hours if they're no longer going to be open 24 hours and put a sign where time when they are open and close.

This place will accuse you of stealing gas and when they find out they are wrong. Do you think they say one word to make it right? No is the answer! I'm so upset by this I won't be back and I was a loyal customer for several years! Some people just won't admit they are wrong when it's so clear to everyone around them! I can't believe this happened at one of my favorite stores. Unbeiveable!

Today around 10am whomever was working there ..a mid 30s xl darkhaired employee falsley accused a customer in front of me for stealing ice cream. She had the audacity of hollering at her claiming she seen her put the ice cream in her purse when I, myself, witnessed that this woman was getting her money ready from her wallet which in fact was in her purse(not any kind of ice cream) This was horrible to witness the woman even offered up her purse to have it searched and instead this horrid employee kicks her out of the store. I am tremendously disappointed.

I stopped by this place shortly after my work (around 8ish) to wash my windshield and found they had no squeegees or water to do so. I moved my car to the front of the building and went in to buy a drink. I wasn't sure if I wanted coffee or whatever, but I settled on a latte. I paid for my drink and stepped outside to answer a phone call. I stood outside for a few minutes enjoying the morning sun since I had worked all night and then I stepped into my car. I had had to move my car from its original place since a vendor's truck had parked pretty close to it and I felt rather uneasy that my car would be accidentally hit. So, here I am sitting in my car drinking my latte and I remember that my daughter wanted me to check to see about Juul. I went back in and since there was a line of people, I ventured around behind them and there was the vendor and the store manager. The store manager, VICTORIA makes it a point to head me off and tersely asks me what I'm doing. I'm thinking this is a rather odd question and her demeanor wasn't nice at all. So I ask if Juul is sold there and she says no and then I ask if any other such products are sold there and she says no. Then she asks why I'm taking pictures and further tells me that she has called "cuerp" and I ask, "Who did you call?" as I had no idea what "cuerp" was. So, she repeats herself and I realize she's trying to say "CORP". By the way she was acting I thought she was trying to say she called the cops on me as she then told me she took my license plate number down and that she would remember me. Should I feel flattered that she will remember me? lol! This woman was very obtuse and had the manners of someone who didn't have the benefit of civilized home training. i would think a manager would have better people skills but she was sorely lacking in this area. Whatever problem she had (which was her perception of me taking pictures) she could have asked me discreetly what i was doing and if pictures weren't allowed to be taken, she could've politely told me so--but no, she proceeded to try to make me look and feel like a criminal in front of the other customers who by now were staring at the scene caused by her. I kept my cool since I was on her "turf" so I wasn't in an advantageous position however, had I stooped to her level...(oh wait a minute I can't, it's beneath me) I could've made her feel dumber than she already is without so much as raising my voice but I didn't. I merely walked away from her towards the exit and of course she was on my heels--some people shouldn't be given so much power, lmao! And of course, she has to continue talking to me loudly and reiterated that she would remember me. I mean, I can't believe I had such a profound effect on her when I hadn't even done anything wrong. I didn't steal anything and even if I took a picture--where are the signs on the premises that forbid doing any such thing? A word of advice for people like her..."Be careful of the toes you step on today, as they may be connected to the butt you'll be kissing tomorrow." She's not the only one who can call corporate and the pen is mightier than the sword. Hopefully this one stays up as i swear I wrote this very same review earlier and it somehow disappeared.

This is the dirtiest AM PM I have ever stop at. They charge you for using a credit or debit card which is in a problem the problem lies when the cashiers refuse to do their job end up charging more than what you're supposed to pay you you never get a receipt when you buy gas and if you confront the employees about any problems they act stupid like they don't know how to do their job and they were never trained sitting there pushing buttons on the computer like they're illiterate and yes that includes the managers. Highly recommend nobody go to this gas station unless you want to get ripped off

F uck this place. Over charged me on my card and refuses to return amount even though I have a recipes. Taking it up with the state now. Clowns.
