We had an amazing experience at AMS Vans! From the moment we walked in everyone was super friendly, we were offered water and our Sales Associate Amber was amazing. Amber assisted us throughout the entire process, helping us source vans with our specific requirements, giving us production dates, helping us get any discounts and having everything ready to go by the timeframe she gave us. Her right hand man Rudy was great too, he helped us see the different configurations with the seats for the Sienna we purchased.
I would absolutely recommend AMS vans for anyone needing a handicap accessible van whether it be for personal or commercial use. No hidden fees, noupsells, no unnecessary extended warranties. Everything is straight forward and their employees are honest. Thank you Amber! We hope to work with you again soon. May this be the first of many vans we have the pleasure of purchasing from your company. 10/10!

This is the second van that I have gotten with AMS. Although it was difficult this time around dealing with my workers comp insurance company in getting them to help finalize the purchase of this van, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the entire AMS Phoenix team. I have to highlight the hard work that Amber put in for me along this entire journey. She was very professional throughout, and also advocated for me every step of the way. I'm not sure that I would be in my new van today without all of her hard work and effort in helping me out. I also want to give a shout out to Rudy and his team in the Service Department. They were always available if I ever needed any repairs or service done to my first van, and they were especially helpful in getting this second van ready for me in a VERY timely manner. Thank you for everything AMS. I am happy to be a repeat customer of yours, and recommend that anyone needing these types of vehicles visit your business.

Had to come to Phoenix from Albuquerque NM because United Access would not attempt to fix our wheelchair lift. They were throwing around high prices for what Rudy and his team did for a far more reasonable rate. Rudy was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. The lift was fixed in a few hours instead of days. Would 100% recommend Rudy and AMS Vans for any work needed on a mobility vehicle. The cost of the travel And work was at least 75% less than if we went to the UA in Albuquerque. And with AMS, it was guaranteed to be fixed and working properly. Thank you so much Rudy for the attention to detail and pure professionalism. Keep up the amazing work.

Buying this van was an amazing experience I didn't even realize that I could get such a nice van with a lift for my son it was amazing my son is 34 years old and in a wheelchair and I have been lifting for years and placing him in my suburban and now I can now roll him right into a van and we can go anywhere and do anything thank you this was a miracle from God and I truly thank you all. The staff was wonderful everyone was wonderful I really appreciate it God bless you all

We were able to rent a van to take my mom to her Dr appointment with short notice, thankfully. The staff was kind and courteous making our transaction easy. The van was the nicest one we've rented so far. It's a bit pricey, but considering it is a fully equipped handicapped van, it wasn't to bad. Id recommend it.😁👍🏼⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This company sold me a van, And did not honor their warranty 36,000 miles. They told me they would not service my lift in my van because the is no longer being made. (I class). You can’t just sell something to someone and not honor the warranty that you sell them. I’ve been kind, I’ve been patient, i’ve called several times and then I followed through with BBB and they gave me nice words but no follow through. Absolutely will never work with them if I can help it ever again because they don’t honor their warranties. The solution they gave me was to replace my lift with me buying the lift and them paying for labor, which is absolutely not OK. I found someone local to service it and they got it working but next time it breaks, I’m completely out of luck and have to Replace it on my own dime. Do better AMS vans

No association with purchase but for rental, I couldn't be happier. It was Thanksgiving holiday so they were closed many days during which I wanted to pick up the van. They worked a very nice deal for me to pick up much earlier than I wanted but it worked out great. They were very helpful and accommodating. Even gave me a break on mileage when I forgot my wallet and drove over 2 hours before realizing I had to go back.Very thorough with instructions and kept my car in their lot while I was away (back and forth to california).Really could not be more pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to use them again as needs arise.

I really hoped it wouldn't come to this. Started off good, Stacy was professional. We put money down , waited for it to come. Got a email the van was there. Come the next day, they said...she was out at a "conference ". AND THE VEHICLE I WANTED WAS SOLD THE NIGHT BEFORE. Total of 5 days till we heard anything because we tried contacting her leaving messages , not vice versa. Now we haven't received our refundable deposit, started looking again ( waisted a week and half waiting for vehicles to arrive) all she said was sorry for the drama. Whoever has had a 5 star experience with them I'm happy for you. My experience was a waste of time and money and a look at total unprofessionalism as Stacy will only barely contact me through email. Not by phone. Seriously?

We buy a van for my father. Trade in an already paid off 2014 chevy Silverado with less then 60000 miles on it. The van I purchased for my father had 91000 miles on it and I still have to make payments, plus ive had mechanical problems with it every so often. My father passed away and I've put less then 13000 mile on it in a year. Ams vans say they will not but it back because of the mileage when it was sold to me with 91000 miles on it. I wish I couldn't even give a star.
