BRIDES BEWARE!! Anthropology/ BHLDN lie about their return policy with bridal dresses. I bought myself a dress, but then changed my mind (because I was between 2 bridal dresses) and returned the bridal dress the very next day once it was delivered ( didn’t even try it on). This was over a month ago and I still haven’t received my refund. I have been in contact with customer service via phone, email, and Instagram, and I was blocked on Instagram for reaching out and telling brides to be careful with Anthropology/ BHLDN. Unfortunately, my bank is now involved and my fiancé wants to peruse legal action for them taking thousands of dollars from us for a bridal dress.

Thank you Jessica at BHLDN for a great first and only wedding dress shopping experience! You made it easy and made me laugh. 10/10 recommend you. Ask for Jessica if you're booking for wedding dress shopping.

I was so happy to hear Anthro had opened a Biltmore location! My experience there did not disappoint. The store is bright and beautiful. The staff was so kind and courteous. They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gifts (Andrea and Lily in particular when I was there). High marks for this store. I will be back.

I reserved a bridal appointment at this location with BHLDN in Anthropologie and Cinthia was so helpful. 1) i listed all styles I am interested in and told them the size prior to my appointment, she put them ready in the dressing room when i arrived; 2) she offered super helpful suggestions & styling ideas when i tried. Super helpful and professional, very patient for helping us taking photos too. I had two other appointments in different bridal shop in Scottsdale & Phoenix, nobody cared to respond my inquiry on availability of styles i liked and i ended up wasting 1 hour in each appointment. I would definitely come back when I make my final call (in fact, the first dress is my favourite and the one I would go with).

Get new employees. Disappointed by selection, quality, and lack of service.

Love this new Anthro- finally at the Biltmore! I’m sure the sale room will improve once it’s been there awhile. That, and a petite section are the only things that would make it perfect! Love it!! Please bring petite sizes!

Longtime Anthropologie shopper - more than 15 years. What I don’t like about this store: 1) shoes? who cares? 2) BHLDN - who cares? I’d much rather have more space for clothing and home goods. I don’t think there was any bedding in this store? In addition, Anthro seems to be trying a new store design, with less boho chic and more streamlining. No custom window, which Anthro is known for. (Each store gets a budget and full creative authority for their own window design.) No furniture or sourced antiques, not even in fitting rooms. Fitting room design is less rustic than before. End result? It feels like Banana Republic in fitting rooms. Blah and like everything else. I go to Anthro for the “unique” experience at a major retailer. Please don’t bore me. There’s enough boring retail as it is.
