Manager, you must not know what is going on with your storage unit then because I AM NOT MISTAKEN! My unit was 513 at your Mesa location. It is 100% this storage company: ANYTIME STORAGE. That response was quite upsetting...I guess I will have to keep writing terrible reviews until someone contacts us back about OUR STOLEN PROPERTY. Everything I own was stolen from me by Anytime Storage and they are denying it and will not even meet with us!! If we don't meet with a manager soon, you will be hearing from my lawyer instead and we will be taking you to court, which we probably will need to do anyway seeing that 2.5 years of monthly payments were made, and I have NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT!!! I expect a better response than denial. This is not ethical, and it is NOT OKAY.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE PLACE!!! They sold all our stuff without even informing us even though we were making monthly payments (which we have email confirmations for). Ever since we found out, we have scheduled multiple manager meetings which they have canceled. Tonight we drove 30 minutes to meet with a manager for a meeting and the office was closed, no one was there. They are giving us the complete run around and we still have no answers as to why EVERYTHING WE OWN was sold, including my journals and family antiques. They are completely avoiding us and I will not stop until I get some answers and compensation. Please do not trust this company, they are super sketchy.

I was quite please with the new security and management . I dislike storage units but the gentleman there mr. Rogers was very helpful . He made me feel quit comfortable in leaving my valuables there. Thank you anytime storage.

The prices are decent the spaces are clean unfortunately the security guard there made me feel very uncomfortable he claimed he was security but was not in any kind of uniform and was wearing black gloves it looked very suspicious and made me highly uncomfortable so much so that I didn't stay to even get what I came for from the storage.... If not for that experience I would have given 5 stars.

Paid for a 10x10 storage unit over the phone & when I got to the unit there wasn’t even enough room in the hallway to walk more or less carry boxes and items to store. There was a big wall of lockers blocking the entree to our door of the storage unit. Needless to say I got a refund .

My interactions with their customer service has always been pleasant but billing has been a nightmare. I wish they would honor the specials they publish and the rates they promise to customers. When I rented my unit, the door would not close even after getting help from the couple living two units down so I had to load everything back into my truck. I called the next day and Megan kindly transferred us to the only other available unit which was larger but assured me they would only charge me the rate for the unit I had booked due to the inconvenience. I was also offered 50% off my first two months and since we booked so late in the month, Bob was gracious enough to prorate us for the few days remaining in the month and give us 50% off the next two full months. Our first full month there, everything was great. Come our second month, we were charged full price at the higher rate for the new unit. I've asked them to correct this twice now and each time they've assured me it would be fixed. It's been 3 months with no correction.
