We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Aqua Therapy Tubs. Derek, Frank and the entire staff were a pleasure to work with. We needed our shower to be remodeled to be a walk-in shower for my parents and the work was stellar. The overall cost was much less than other estimates, and the work was done in just a few days. The staff is professional, and an added plus was Derek’s expertise working with veterans. In our case my father was eligible for a veterans grant to help pay for this endeavor and Aqua Therapy’s knowledge of the necessary paperwork was very much appreciated. Excellent work is always a plus, but people that are genuinely kind and care about their customers is an added bonus. I can't recommend Aqua Therapy highly enough!I have had a less than optimal shower in my condo since I moved in over six years ago. Very little hot water flowing to the shower and low water pressure. After a recent hot water heater service from one of the big named companies in the valley shower and bathroom now had ZERO hot water at all.Aqua Therapy came out to my condo right after Thanksgiving and fixed my sink and shower. The other company tried to upsell me and scare me into high price fixes all along the way. But Aqua Therapy's plumber was knowledgable, respectful and fixed things the right way, even though I wasn't ready for a full shower remodel yet.Derek, the owner does a great job and will treat you right. Derek also installs showers for veterans with VA Grants. Thanks for fixing my shower and sink with honesty and integrity. I will be back for a full shower remodel when I have the funds.

This company does not stand up to their honor. 1st off they waited until the end of the installation to tell me they didn’t have the shower door I wanted but would give me a better / more upgraded one. Since my shower was almost finished I told them okay. But the bottom of the shower door is not even attached to the shower so water can come through it.They stated if their is anything wrong they will guarantee to come ‘ fix it I told the rep Derek I had issues but do to unforeseen circumstances I had to be out of town for awhile & would let him know when I returned. Upon returning I left a message & texted him with no response.With the money spent on this shower I would expect it to be perfect.Service: Shower refinishing

Derek and his Aqua Therapy Tubs team of veterans replaced our dated bathtub with a handicap-accessible walk-in shower. He designed it to suit my husband's large size. After the job began we decided to extend the shower another 6 inches and Derek's team handled the change with grace and enthusiasm. The workmanship is superior and the bathroom is not only safe, but also gorgeous. The crews were on time, careful, courteous, and respectful of my privacy and belongings. Derek's design is beautiful and functional. He is knowledgeable and a great resource person. He sourced everything we needed and did it all within our budget. I was very happy with the installation of my walk-in tub and the professional work done. Derek and his team were prompt, polite and clean. I had no mess to deal with during or after. Derek is great! His pricing is fair and very competitive. He started and completed the job when he said he would. I had steel rails installed in two nathrooms for my senior mother over 4 years ago, and they are still in perfect condition. He also installed can lighting throughout my home. I always recommend Derek because of his professionalism and transparency when quoting services.

We're in our late 50s and wanted a walk-in tub. We had just built a new home, so things needed to be taken out and a new design installed. Derek came out and sat down with us and helped us understand what could be done and the cost, etc. He was so great to work with... his team was top notch and FAST! We ended up having him customize heavy glass shower doors to go above the walk-in tub. We love them. We couldn't be happier! You can't go wrong with Derek and Aqua Therapy. Aqua Therapy Tubs replaced our bathtub with a walk in tub , replaced the shower with a new enlarged shower, removed the carpet and replaced with new flooring, and replaced the toilet. Derek and his crew did an excellant job and the custom tile work was installed with incredible detail. Of three bids i received for the job Aqua Therapy Tubs was the lowest. Their work was high quality and the crew was professional. My wife loves the tub and uses daily . The shower is much larger than the original and I enjoy using the shower. Derek and his crew did a few projects at our house. While we didn’t have an Aqua Therapy tub, Derek helped us choose a new shower door and installed it. They did a great job. He also replaced a kitchen faucet. We asked if he could put tile on our front and back porch. We love it and continue to get compliments. The work was done as promised and done well.
