As I walked toward the fountain drinks, I noticed a sign stating that I needed to ask the cashier for a cup. After getting one, I started looking at the drink options when, out of the corner of my eye, I saw a roach on the counter. It climbed onto the ice trash and into the machine. I immediately turned around and walked out. and as i’m walking out i see a few more on the floor.

BEWARE! DO NOT RENT A U-HAUL FROM THIS LOCATION!
I rented a u-haul and they falsely charged me for a fuel service fee and when I called, they said they would refund me but never did. I disputed the amount with my bank. Fast forward to 3 weeks later I get an email saying I owe over $700 and the receipt says I drove 666mi!!! The original receipt shows I only drove 38 mi which is true. I went to the furniture store to pick up a couch, dropped it off at home and returned the u-haul the same day. If I didn’t pickup the u-haul until 4:45p how could J drive 666mi and return it by 7p? Make that make sense. The guys in the gas station are all indian and act like they don’t understand English, when they’re really scamming people. I will be contacting my lawyer about this but please beware and rent from somewhere else!

Very difficult location. I was trying to rent a uhaul and after about an hour of trying I was ready to say forget it...too many hoops to jump through and no warning signs of things you may encounter. Don't recommend at all

This arco charges 0.10 more for credit purchases while another Arco 2-3 miles away does NOT! No plan of returning.

The worst gas station, it is more important for them to be talking on the phone than to serve customers, apart from the fact that they don't give you the correct change.

Came in and dude was on his phone the entire time. Acted like I was an inconvenience. I got a electolit drink and i stated I need $40 on #1 3times and he just kept repeating my $4.33 total. I'm like get off your phone!!!! I left and sarcastically apologized for interrupting his phone call. Will never be back here. Dont be rude to your PAYING customers!!!

They have Uhauls for rent at this location.
The truck was well maintained, and I liked the app they had for going over the details of the truck. The people at the counter were friendly, though their computer system was slow, and it took a bit to get our paperwork for our rental. It was handy being at a gas station, easy fill up before returning the truck.
Parking wasn't great for leaving personal vehicles, which was very packed up already. I ended parking in the Walgreens lot next door.

They are out of diesel! I've had plenty of problems with the gas pumps in the past too.

The staff are friendly and helpful when you have questions. I always make sure to come here for whatever I need whether it's gas or just a simple candy bar.

As expected however, many transients all over the lot/area, some are faster then you think so lock your doors if you're going to be distracted or going inside. And what's going on at corporate? ARCO used to consistently have the cheapest fuel anywhere on the west coast since at least 1993 and now it consistently is not the cheapest fuel. It went from a place I stopped at happily, maybe wasn't as shiny as others but you knew they had what you craved, to now being just another gas station. Free advice for anyone: don't change things just so you can claim you did something.

Folks that work in the store are very pleasant and nice but TONS of homeless that hangout behind the store. Clearly camping out and doing things they shouldn't be. Had some expired product on shelf and when I mentioned it to staff the were pleasant and appreciated me telling them.. like I said store and staff is pleasant this place is around the corner from me but homeless over runs the outside and every other store in the area. It's almost inevitable for the area.
