This store completely mishandled our order and failed to place it on the 24-month promotional plan we agreed to. Now we’re getting hit with monthly interest charges for THEIR mistake.
Customer service has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The store rep refuses to transfer calls, keeps claiming the manager is “in a meeting,” and nobody ever calls back. Zero accountability.
The store breached the terms of our purchase and refuses to fix it. For a high-end store, this level of irresponsibility is shocking. Avoid them unless you want headaches and surprise charges.

Holly Taylor was wonderful to work with! She has a great eye for design and helped me choose furniture that fits my style perfectly. I really appreciated that she offered her professional input but also gave me the space to make my own decisions.
She was very responsive to emails and always quick to answer questions or provide updates about deliveries — which was especially helpful since I ordered quite a few pieces that arrived at different times.
Everything came together beautifully. I highly recommend working with Holly!

Working with Holly at Arhaus (24th St. and Camelback location in Phoenix, AZ) was such a pleasure. We are enjoying our furniture, which includes a living room sofa, dining table, counter stools, bedroom set, and office desk. The high quality of the furniture is something that was top priority, which has exceeded our expectations. Holly was on point and continues to follow up until all furniture was delivered. She was very responsive on some minor issues that transpired, addressing immediately. I would recommend both Holly and Arhaus should you be looking for quality furniture and an excellent customer experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Arhaus in Phoenix. The store itself is beautiful, well-designed, and full of unique pieces that feel both timeless and modern. The real highlight, though, was the customer service. Delaney went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. She was warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find the perfect fit for their home.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Arhaus. Holly and Delaney were instrumental in helping us design our primary bedroom with varied yet complimentary furniture and fabrics. The 3D renderings of of our room with the furniture to scale were exceptionally helpful. They were readily available to answer any of our questions even on their days off. We are grateful for their help and insight and are so excited for our furniture to arrive. We will definitely shop Arhaus again in the future.

I’m so happy to have recently discovered this wonderful gem- Arhaus at the Biltmore in Phoenix is truly a decorator’s dream- such beautiful merchandise and it’s displayed in a way that challenged my creativity! Staff was all friendly , helpful without being obnoxiously pushy and yet I felt like they could handle my questions in a very professional way and were really a huge help in solving my decorating questions as well as giving me some great ideas! I will for sure be back.

Anna Tiffany is amazing. She literally was on call for me 7 days a week 24 hours a day. It doesn’t get better in customer care than her. She’s excellent. I had a lot of problems with my order that were out of her control. I’ll be a loyal customer solely because of my experience with her!!!
