Very nice museum telling you all about the history of Arizona totally free and there's a free parking garage nearby with electric car charging stations.

The building is gorgeous and very informative. My only grievance is that the door ways barely fit the wheelchairs, and some of the rooms are carpeted, making it hard to use a wheelchair by yourself. The door frames are uneven on the floor as well, my wheelchair got stuck quite often.
