The gental man that sits in the desk at the front desk is very helpful and was very helpful on my first visit on my second visit I wasn't greeted because he wasn't their and I did not have the two ladies in the office ask me anything as I watched the owner take care of customer and the other lady stayed on her phone eather texting or enjoying social media. It's so sad because the man at the front desk inside the door was so helpful yet he wasn't their the day I got their , I ended up leaving because it took way to long. As I was leaving I was then asked if I needed anything, I just didn't have the time to sit and wait was hoping the lady on her phone texting would have help since the owner was busy with a customer but unfortunately that didn't happen

So grateful of Marie, her help and suggestions, made my project a whole lot more easier for me. Shout out to Henry as well, but Marie spent considerable time and was a very good saleswoman, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Saved a ton, I will be back in.

Unprofessional behavior—-dont be fooled by the low prices, its low quality work too and months of back and forth to get anything done or fixed.
**Edit due to their response: I am a resident in a home they did and am well aware of what a nightmare they are to work with and the even worse of a nightmare job they did. As you can see, any poor review results in them stating that the reviewer is “fake”. This company is literally the worst. Again, don't be fooled by their low prices.

They had a tile that I liked and it was discontinued, the supplier said they had more than they really did (we asked for 1200 sqft and they only had 150). Well I already paid and was set on that tile.
Marie was able to help pick us a new one at a very cheap price that has better quality. She was very helpful and accommodating choosing the tiles out and the installers were very flexible with their work schedule.
Very happy with how the install turned out and the pricing was reasonable. I would/will go back if I need more floor work in the future

I needed flooring quickly and discovered Arizona Discount Flooring by doing a Google search. The next day I drove there. A very helpful gentleman helped me locate the right flooring and Marie was extremely helpful in getting my installation scheduled. The two installers were great, too. They worked like crazy for about eight hours and cleaned up well afterwards. All the way around, it was a great experience - and I highly recommend Arizona Discount Flooring.

Very rude service. Trust me this is not a fake review. So now you give special treatment to only the people you know wow you should treat everybody equal. I was looking for flooring for my barber shop I went into your store and got very rude customer service experience talk to your team because I run a business and me and my team give very good quality service to everybody that walks in our doors

I’ve shopped here several times as a contractor purchasing materials. She gives really good pricing on materials. She has good communication and is reliable. She also does contracting for flooring install. She’s done several jobs for me and her crews are good. She sets her pricing for her crews so that they’re not overcharging customers. They charge fair market value and their work is guaranteed to be good.

Being in the remodeling business, finding the right flooring store is crucial, and Arizona Discount Flooring has exceeded my expectations. Marie, the owner and her staff has made my job incredibly easy by accommodating a variety of needs for both me and my clients. The prices are competitive, and they consistently go above and beyond in providing assistance. I exclusively rely on this store for all my flooring needs, thanks to the seamless experience and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Not sure how this company is in business. Completely unresponsive owner. No apparent interest in actually selling or installing anything. I initially went into the store to look at samples, having been sent there by a friend who is a builder and has worked with them. The owner shrugged off my friend's name like she didn't know him and said "I work with a lot of builders." She seemed not all that interested in doing my job but did give me an estimate and tried to upsell me on other items. The next week, she told me, she would be out of town but would stay on top of work issues. Right. Multiple texts and emails got no response and to this day I never got an updated quote. She runs this company like it's a hobby she is bored with. I went to Floor and Decor, bought the product I needed and scheduled an independent installer. Total price $1700 less than her quote. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time on this place.

This is a very busy business so expect to wait a bit. Marie the owner went out of her way to find me a very specific tile I wanted. Since it was a discontinued product she called all over the country to find anybody that still had it in stock and succeeded. She gave me a great price. Her brother Henry was so helpful and kind and very hard working in delivering 88 boxes to my condo. They have a large array of products from all kinds flooring to many kinds of granite quart slabs and many tile products for bathrooms etc.
