Been a customer since 2014 - absolutely love their typically no hassle checking accounts. However, for the past year I am constantly flagged with fraud because I simply price shop on ride share apps and jog between the two popular ones to avoid price gauging. I am constantly flagged with fraud because of this. I’ll order an uber and order a Lyft at the same time for a $10 ride on average. Sometimes neither will accept after ten minutes, so I’ll cancel and request again five minutes later as ride share availability can change by the minute. This flags me every time and at that point I cannot use my card whatsoever. There’s something in their system that recognizes three $10 transactions in 10 minutes as fraud. At this point it’s systemic and has been monthly for the past 12 months. I’ve called during the week and the only responsive I’ve gotten was it’s not them it’s the ride share. Asking friends, they never have a problem. Long story short is don’t try and take the safe route with AZFed because they’ll make a fool out of you for it. Not onlywill you have no option for a safe ride, you can’t even pay your tab to the establishment. All over maybe $40 at mostIn charges. Long story short, the flawless idea I’ve received from the tech support for the past year, is bring cash and plan to drink and drive after they cut you off if the 3rd ride share request isn’t responsive. Clearly my fault because their system can’t comprehend these crazy technologies in 2023

I have had such a wonderful experience with this credit union. Their mobile app is seamless and I love what this organization is doing for the community. If you want to keep dollars in your local community and not have to sacrifice any of the services big banks offer, Arizona Financial should be your only stop.

This bank has the WORST customer service in the world!EVERY time I have had the come in, I have felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed.I am sure it is because I am African American.

Been banking there for over 20 years but lately feel like I’m going to steal from my own joint account. Both names should be seen when I hand you my ID and bank card. I should NOT be required to give you the other persons name. It’s aJOINT account the other person has no more rights then I do.

If you had asked me 2 years ago how I felt about Arizona Federal (now Arizona Financial) I would have had nothing but 5-star things to say. However, as of today, I no longer want to be a customer of theirs. I purchased a car from them with an amazing interest rate 2 years ago. That car was stolen, and ultimately deemed totaled, by my insurance company. I purchased a new vehicle (again through them) and, while that process was smooth, thank you very much to our CIC and the new economy... the interest rate is terrible. They were completely unresponsive / non-compliant with my insurance company and their title broker in getting information back to them. It took over two weeks to pay out my claim (meanwhile racking up daily interest on both vehicles and two insurance payments) from my insurance company because they were awaiting paperwork from AZFCU. My claim has now been paid in full - and sitting with them - for a week. The car is still racking up daily interest, as is my new vehicle, and I am not able to submit for reimbursement on my tags until the lien is off the vehicle. The icing on the cake was waiting for 45 minutes on hold today to be told, "Oh, sorry, our system is down," by someone clearly not in the United States when they finally picked up. The second everything is settled (they owe me GAP money and a refund for my additional coverages) I am refinancing the car away from them and closing my accounts. What a nightmare.

Mimi and Brittany were an amazing help! They took a good portion out of their day to help my family and I sort through a sticky situation with a car dealership nearby. I cant express enough how sweet, attentive and helpful they were.

Stopped by today to break some large bills and they refused. I do have an account with their sister branch and can do all other transactions at this location. The teller stated because I did not have an "account" with AZ FCU she could not help me.

I have 3 accounts with Arizona Financial but I would not recommend them to anyone. They are S L O W!!! They send alerts for deposits and withdrawals a day AFTER they are made. It takes them 10 DAYS to add dispute money back into your account. Venmo takes AT LEAST 3 DAYS!!! Ridiculous. If you call, you wait AT LEAST 30 minutes but "your business is important to them". If your business really was important to them, they'd hire more people and retain their experienced people. You can't see all of your accounts on one login either. Way behind in technology. It's so sad that banks and credit unions are no longer there to "service" but only to make money as well. They do seem to be friendly when you go in, but as far as them looking at extenuating circumstances for a loan or other issues...NO WAY! Everything is black and white. Go to chase bank...they know what they're doing
