This company sucks worst service I have ever had. They are extremely unorganized. I worked for them for 9.8 years and they lay me off just before my 10 year anniversary so they would not have to upgrade my benefit package after going above and beyond for them

If there was a way to do a negative review I would. We have used AOT for more then 20 years and use to be happy with them. I have not seen a rep in years. We have called them to find out who our rep is and still get no one. Whenever we call for supplies that outsource over seas and you can barely understand what is being said. We needed black and yellow toner and they have NONE in the US. Called today because they over charged us on the color copies by almost twice as much. The girl that answered said she would send a request to that department. When I asked her about talking to someone about it she said they only email and do not take phone calls. When you call the local number listed for AZ you can not get anyone here. Sad to see that they have taking such a turn for the worse.

Used to be a good company. Now they will not return calls. Overcharged us on credit card and then promised a refund. Months later we still have not received refund. We continually ask for copies of invoices before they charge our credit card, but they just never come through.... Read More

Poor communication, lack of costumer service, when issues arose with our service I reached out to our sales rep via email/phone its been 3 weeks and still no resolve and little communication.
