Horrible insurer when you make a claim they do not cover it and when you call road service for towing service they make you wait hours and the staff that answers the call answers very rude to customers with very poor customer service. Definitely a lousy insurance company.

I never write reviews but this felt needed I wouldn't recommend her at all she never answers any emails or phone calls! It ridiculous! Even after leaving voicemails and everything and when I decided to try a different agent I got contacted in less than half an hour! Ridiculous! Don't Waste your time!
