  Transaction was smooth, but don't expect any extra customer service. I can't even get a final accounting of my transaction for my accountant. When your deal is over, you will be ignored.Upgraded my review to 3 stars because I got an immediate response and accounting after my initial posting.

  Brandon is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to 1031's and helped guide me through the process to make an informed decision as to whether a 1031 was the correct decision for my situation. He was very patient and thorough in his explanations and has a vast database of literature to help a Buyer or Seller make informed decisions. If I need a knowledgeable & thorough intermediary in the future or know someone that does, Brandon would be highly recommended.
