I’ve been to this store many times and every time I’m treated with kindness. Jesus and Cristina are wonderful. They both took the time to sit with me and set up my new iPhone 14. They are professional and very nice to talk too. Thank you for making my experience a good one.

This store was amazing! I had a very bad experience with AT&T prior to working with Jesus. His ownership.and follow through, friendliness, professionalism, and simply said leadership was fantastic! The bad experience was prior to him, but he made me feel that no matter what mistake was made prior to working with him, he was going to try to make right. Because of him, I will stay with AT&T, and I will continue to do business with him. We need more people like him, that actually care about the customer, listen to them, and do right by them. Thank you Jesus for caring enough to see this through and make things right.

I went to get a new iPhone and restart a contract with AT&T. This store has a particular female employee by the name of Christina. I only asked her name after learning how majorly INCOMPETENT she was. To start off, when I first came in a young African American guy started to help me but quickly had Jasmine C. take over which was fine with me. Throughout the process of choosing my phone and talking about wanting the same plan as before with the same price I was paying before I noticed Jasmine C. never smiling. In fact occasionally she would slightly roll her eyes at me. I didn't take offense at first because it was late in the day. Almost closing time in fact, and I passed it off as her just being cranky and tired. So I ignored the behavior and just continued to be pleasant. LITTLE DID I KNOW, THATS WHEN I SHOULD HAVE JUST WALKED OUT. SERIOUSLY. What happened next would completely blow my mind. After discussing what I wanted and her saying they could do that contract with me, she put all the information in the tablet that they use to set up phone delivery and new accounts. She then passed the tablet to me asking me to "just sign here" and pointed to an area on the tablet where she wanted me to sign my signature. Now, I'm no idiot and my uncle is an attorney in San Diego and he taught me to never sign anything without reading it first and then he let me know that anywhere you go in the US you have the right to have a copy of anything you put your signature on. So, I tapped on the icon that said "Terms". So that I could read the terms of the contract she was wanting me to sign. Now, it wasn't as if I was going to sit there for hours reading everything with a fine tooth comb. I was just skimming through the pages on the tablet to see what I was signing for. WHICH IS MY RIGHT!Jasmin became short and with an angry irritated facial expression and sarcastic tone stated, "You don't have to read all that. Most of our customers just sign it." I told Christina that I actually have a right to read what I am signing for first. I told her it would just take me a minute or two and that I just wanted to make sure that what we discussed is what is in the contract before I sign a 36 month contract. She continued sarcastically to argue with me and then stated "WELL, WE USUALLY DON'T EVEN ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO HANDLE THE TABLETS."I WAS FLOORED! I TOLD HER "Really? In case you weren't paying attention you were the one that handed the tablet to ME."I looked over to the young African American guy who had seen this whole situation and asked him if there was a manager I could speak to. He then stated "I am the manager." I looked at him and asked him if he understood what I was trying to explain to Jasmine here? And he didn't answer me. He just blankly stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language!!!I then tried to explain to him the simple basics of contract law. Telling him that I had a right to read the terms of what I am signing my name to. And told him that she was being rude and rolling her eyes at me, huffing and sighing at me as if she was perturbed and that she is not understanding at all what I am trying to explain to her in simple words. I asked him if he was going to allow this to continue and with no response he continued to have a blank stare at me. At this point I felt trapped, unheard and somewhat bullied by these two. She continued to argue with me telling me that "people usually don't feel the need to read all that." and then rolled her eyes at me and added another sigh as if she was tired and I was taking up her time. I continued to cry and saw that these were the only two people running this store. I so badly just wanted to order my phone and be done with this place. I asked the African American kid(which is what he looked like. A kid fresh out of high school) if he saw what was going on here and if he understood that their clients have a right to read the terms of their contract and told him that if you don'

I had a really good experience at this store! I got a new phone and had anxiety over getting it set up. Not only did Irie set it up but he even had the solution that finally allowed the phone to transfer over!

Six stars, but the option is unavailable. Excellent customer service. Irie was amazing and i look forward to seeing more deal they have to offer here at at&t.
