Worst service ever,sales person or customer service at the store asked me to call AT&T to change my plan to prepaid, I paid off my phone and she didn't care about switching me to prepaid ,she had no idea of what to do so she asked me to text 611 from my phone ?

Staff was excellent and very helpful l. They informed me of all the options I had and even informed me of the first net line that I didn't know I qualified in. They answered all my questions and even offered water while I was waiting for my data to transfer to new phone. Excellent service and very worth driving to that specific store even though there are a few closer to my house

I came to at&t and was so pleased with the service I received and it felt as if I was talking to a family he made it very comfortable and a pleasant place to be in and Wayne was very patient polite and accommodating I would recommend him 100% go see Wayne

I wish they had more stars for this store. I came in looking for T-Mobile the manager Bianey Trejo help me so much to get new phones and lines for my business and it was fast and easy. I had a few questions but she was very patients with me and I am very happy with the product and the service. The manager Bianey super helpful I recommend everyone that have necessity to get new phones to give this place an opportunity. Everyone there is super nice.

I came into AT&T ready to part ways with the company and find a new service provider I shared my frustration with Haleen and she was able to pin point my issues and find a better plan for me and also upgrade my phone and resolve a lot of issues I had with AT&T.. now I’m still an AT&T costumer and if I encounter and issues I know I have someone that will listen and proactively help me… thanks a lot ??

HORRIBLE SERVICE and EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS don't take Accountability when they mess up. I went into an this specific AT&T store about 7 months ago expecting to buy a phone and THAT WAS IT. When I came in the employee that helped me out asked me what I did for work and I told him a Behavior Technician, he told me that I qualified to be put on FirstNet and this special promotion that was going on only through FirstNet. The promotion was a free Apple Watch and a free line of tablet service with new sign ups through FirstNet. The employee also let me know my service would be cheaper than it would be on AT&T. So I sign up for it. FirstNet has now cancelled my service because "I do not qualify to be on FirstNet", I didn't know at the time but it was only for first responders and a behavior technician is obviously not a first responder. FirstNet moved me to AT&T and told me I am responsible to pay for the Apple Watch, after a long talk with a FirstNet supervisor they said there was an exception because it was a problem on AT&T's side with a false sign up but I would have to go through the store I bought it at, the supervisor even talked to the manager from the store to make the return go smoothly. However once I got to the store when I asked for the manager this girl said she was gonna help me out, and long story short she couldn't so then she got the manger I asked for initially and then he couldn't process the return. They told me I have to go through someone on the phone because they couldn't do it in the store (even though the supervisor on the phone told me we had to do it in the store). As you can imagine this was super frustrating and the employee and manager weren't apologetic they didn't take any accountability for how they messed up. I would go to a different AT&T store the store it mostly run by teenagers who DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. This location is the worst I've been to and the customer service is very poor. Also don't believe everything they tell they get paid extra for getting more products in your hand.

I came in to get my lifetime phone protective screen replaced. Once purchased, they will happily change it for you for free. I also wanted a new case and Heleen helped me look at my options and found the perfect one. I also wanted to add my insurance on all my phone lines. Unfortunately you may only add insurance after the purchase during open enrollment or when purchasing a new device. My mothers birthday is coming up, so I ended up taking advantage of a promotional price and bought a iPhone 13 device for a great deal. Happy!
