Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
Do not waste your time at this store. The level of incompetence is shocking. The staff is completely untrained, unhelpful, and appears to have no interest in assisting customers in even the smallest capacity. You are met with blank stares, zero effort, and an attitude that clearly shows they have no idea what they are doing or why they are even there.
This place is inadequate, unprofessional, and utterly worthless when it comes to customer support. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

Lies lies and more lies, they have not given me credit for 2 I phone 13. They keep apologizing and pretend to fix the problem and then you get your next bill and nothing has change ugh so tired of this. I will be back in the store raising Cain again. I’m am retired on a budget. This company has no soul

Stopped by this AT&T while out with my family and I’m so glad I did. Even though it was busy, they greeted us right away and let us know what to expect. Mo, Monica & the other fella with the glasses were awesome. Super helpful, quick, and made the whole upgrade process way easier than I thought it would be. Hands down the best AT&T store I’ve been to. Big thanks to the whole team, I’ll definitely be back to add my tablet line!

I went into this AT&T store for a warranty replacement on an AT&T product and left completely frustrated. The staff were polite enough, but every single one of them refused to actually help resolve the issue. I was essentially told there was “nothing they could do,” which is unacceptable for a company this size.
This store made no real effort to find a solution, escalate the issue, or take ownership of the problem. If you need a warranty replacement, do not expect this location to be helpful — you’ll likely just waste your time.
AT&T needs to do better. Customers shouldn’t walk out of a store feeling dismissed and unsupported.

Very upset with false information and false services. I returned my brand new phone, paid the fees of restocking and all other taxing fees that was included. And Rep Joseph never canceled my phone line after returning my brand new phone. So phone bill ran up to $479 ! how is this even fair ???
I was pressured to buy the phone the day I went in made to believe my phone was “cooked” so I went ahead and got a new line - new phone and decided to take my “cooked phone to APPLE store, hoping they can resolve the issue. They turned on my phone With no problems. I went ahead and turned in my phone to the store and spoke directly with Rep Joseph & he said everything is good now (no charges will be made after he canceled my line for Me). Well I spoke to customer services and it ran up to $479 since June because it was never canceled. and it’s my responsibility to pay for the line that was never canceled it’s my responsibility to pay for the phone I returned as a good customer I paid my restocking fees just to get played
