Avoid at all costs, not an actual AT&T location. Ordered the wrong phone and refused to correct it, had to go to an official location to fix the problem. My account was all messed up after they changed everything. Made what should have been simple into a big problem. No wonder this company is hated.

I came in after I realized that I had been overconfident buying a new phone online and thinking I could set it up myself. Bryant and Cristal were kind, patient, and efficient, and made getting my new phone working look as easy as I had mistakenly hoped it would be. So glad I swallowed my pride and came to them for help!

I’d give them a negative 10 if it was an option for the lack of respect from the “manager” that I received.
I upgraded my iPhone and could not complete the transfer, therefore, I went to this AT&T store for help. I was so frustrated and beside myself because AT&T promised me by phone that it was “super simple” to transfer the phone info from old to new. It wasn’t and when I got to the AT&T store I was beside myself. The first sales person I came across was Victor who was trying to help me but eventually the rude manager “Bryant” stepped in (he didn’t give me his name and wouldn’t allow Victor to give it to me, but I looked at his name tag briefly). That manager “Bryant” stated “I’m being rude to you because you’re coming at us” and no one was “coming at them” and I tried to explain that I have been at this all morning since 4AM and I’m frustrated. The manager “Bryant” said to me we’re done. I asked well can you at least help me prepare my old phone to be sent out. The manager “Bryant” said no because you’re a liability!” Victor was willing but “Bryant” said no, and told me to “get out of my store”. All I could think about was why didn’t I visit this store before upgrading, because based on this experience I’m sending back the new phone to AT&T and going with another carrier because not only was this behavior from “Bryant” uncalled for but unnecessary. I work with customers and they always come first especially when they are experiencing “hang ups” with our service. Never have I ever been treated so poorly outwardly and with such confidence. It’s as if “Bryant” owns the AT&T store and maybe he does, but he needs to be schooled on customer service, because he had no experience in being the expert how to treat customers. I was not only frustrated with the AT&T product, the new pi phone, I was also embarrassed by “Bryant” for not knowing how to behave.

I recently had the pleasure of being taken care of by Santi and I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received. He took his time to explain all the services offered by AT&T and helped me with issues that I had with my router and phone service.

On Sunday, June 22 I had lost my prepaid AT&T phone (totally my fault). I had gone to this location in dire urgent need of a replacement SIM card to put in my secondary unlocked phone I have at home.
Both associates told me that AT&T does not offer any prepaid services at this location. They referred me to another larger store far away or Walmart closer by.
I was floored.
I understand a smaller location such as this may not want to dedicate limited floor space for prepaid phones; but there is absolutely zero excuses for not carrying prepaid SIM cards to help customers in need. Charge $5 for them. I don't care. We don't care. Just have them.
It takes zero floor space to keep prepaid SIM cards to help customers in need.
This 1 star rating is for you, AT&T (unless those associates were mistaken?)...
