I asked a representative if I could buy an iPhone at the Apple Store and pay for it on my AT&T bill and I was told I could not. Then I called Apple and found out that I could. When I confronted the AT&T sales rep about this, he admitted that he knew i could have done what I wanted to do, but "warned" me that they would try to sell me Apple Care. I am extremely disappointed that he lied to me just to try to make a sale, and will be taking my business to other AT&T stores where I can get honest answers to my questions.

Kobi was very helpful. He answered all my questions and was very personable. I changed carriers and got a new phone within an hour or so. Best phone store experience.

I turned in 2 devices for an upgrade, and something was done incorrectly on the store’s end and I got billed over $600 for a device I gave to the store. It’s been upwards of 2 weeks and they keep promising a resolution and a call from a manager, and then fail to get back to me. Yesterday they said to go into the store and speak to the manager. I got there today and the manager is on leave. They said a manager at another store has been trying to reach me for “weeks” to work on the issue. I call the other store and they have no idea what I’m talking about. I’ve never purchased a device from ATT without some huge ordeal taking place.

I was there this past Sunday, and Fausto was really helpful with what I needed. Even though the customer ahead of me was irritated about her phone's problems, he was still calm and explained to me the offers and what would work best for me. This Thursday, Aldo and Jasmine helped me set up my new phone. Aldo went above and beyond to make sure all my problems were solved and was also able to update my DirecTV account and Jasmine helped me pick up my phone case and asked how my day was. I've had a great experience every time I've been here the staff is really friendly and helpful.

Absolutely awful experience. Went in to see why I could not connect to the internet with a brand new phone I brought the day before. I was approached by "Juan", who worked on getting me a new SIM card. That did not fix the problem and Juan said that I would need to get a new phone. I had just spent $975 for a brand new Pixel 7 Pro and Juan says I need a new phone less than 24 hours after I got it out of the box. When I said I would go to a different AT&T store for assistance, Juan said that would not do anything. Went to the location in Paradise Valley and it was a night a day experience. They fixed the issue in under 90 seconds and they seemed like true professionals. Juan was more interested in looking at his cell phone and it seemed like I bothered him. Absolute no desire to troubleshoot or provide even a minimal level of decent customer service. Never ever go to the 44th and Thomas location. Terrible and horrible experience. Drive 5 more miles and save yourself a massive headache!

Bryant was great. Went out of his way to help and was quick and able to assist with all the extra steps I had to go through. Even made notes for when I came in later so things would be smooth again.
