Went into this store for sone help on my account. They were able to lower my bill and get the things done that I needed. I'll be referring this location to everyone! Thank you Kian.

I went to upgrade my daughter's phone back in June. At first, I was pleased, because they were able to give me somewhat of a trade in credit despite the phone not working. I did not realize it until this month, but they also added a new line without my knowledge or permission, so it has been on my account since June. I did not examine my bill, because I figured it was higher due to the new phone and credits not being applied yet. I finally examined it this month because my bill went up despite two phone just being paid off. The line added had no device associated with it and it was $100 the first month and $60/month after that. I spent hours on hold and with an online chat agent. They even added device protection, and there was no device. After a lot of explaining back and forth they finally waived a total of $287 that was incurred on 4 billing statements. I usually buy everything online, so don't have these issues. I only went to the store because I was told to in order to fix my daughter's phone as it would not register a sim card. When they couldn't fix it, I decided to upgrade the device. I now wonder if they actually could have fixed the phone and were just trying to increase their sales or commissions. Buyer beware of unauthorized lines open on your account.

I was absolutely blown away by the lack of customer service skills I just experienced.
We just switched over to this company and I was unsure of how to do the trade in because nobody explained it to me. I called to ask for help and when Dylan said he didn't know what phone I was talking about (a Zfold) he told me that he would have to let me go because he "had a customer" he had to take care of and said "you should be able to figure this out yourself". EXCUSE ME?! Am I not a customer? Am I not asking for help because I clearly don't know what I'm supposed to do in this situation?
Once I asked for his name it went completely silent and then it ended with him telling me his manager said to call customer service. I will gladly call customer service because I am a CUSTOMER.
A message to Dylan and the manager who should provide him with improvement: If you aren't sure how to help me, turn to your manager or suggest customer service.
That was so rude and does not give me the feeling that I made the right choice to switch.

Do not trust this company! They outright stole my phone when it was exchanged for a new one. They promised to pay $350 for her phone. They take your phone, then promise you will see it on your bill, but they never did. We called, and they are refusing to return the phone or give us any money for it. They are straight-up thieves. Do not deal with this awful company

Paris helped my friend get her new phone !! i’ve came in twice and seen him both times. his service is amazing. he answered all questions and was patient with us. he helped explore different options of phone prices and which better accommodated the set budget. he let us know if we need any help we can always stop by. overall this was a great experience! Paris is friendly and i’m always delighted to see him and know he can help us :). very nice customer service !
