I'm gonna start off saying I am 70 years old. So I don't understand a whole lot of the phone issues. But the 2 ladies that were there Carolina. And Alexa were godsen's. They were extremely patient and they helped me out and explained everything to me in my language. also, David, which is the manager there. You can't get any better than him. He was absolutely amazing. Thank you, David, thank you, Carolina. And Alexa I appreciate you.

Helleen and Fabiola were great! Had an issue with upgrading my two phones there was a technical problem. Helleen messaged me on my phone to keep me updated and Fabiola finally got a IT technician on the phone who knew their job and was able to clean the error! These ladies were wonderful!

These ladies, Heleen and Fabiola, have the best customer service! We came into the store at 11am stayed almost 2 hrs because of technical issues! They both were on the phone trying to fix the Error code in the account! One of the most professional people we ever dealt with!

Brittany at AT&T was able to help me quickly pay my balance on my phone and go through the process of unlocking it before I traveled internationally. She also made some recommendations and let me know my phone is eligible for an upgrade, which I will take advantage of when I’m back. Brittany and the rest of the team were so sweet and my issue was solved quickly :)

Brittany is an icon. Came in when there were already three other customers in the store, and Brittany was the only one there. She took care of all four of us at the same time, was extremely kind and efficient and took on all of our problems and found solutions for every single person. Give that girl a raise.
