I had the pleasure of working with Atlantic Relocation Systems and cannot speak highly enough about their customer service. I would like give a special thank you to the gentlemen who made the delivery of my items. They were so kind and considerate, going the extra mile to uncrate a very large item and being sure everything was in good order. It is wonderful to have such peace of mind when working with a company.

We moved from California to Arizona. This past week our things arrived from Atlas. The two men that came were awesome. They unloaded quickly, they were very careful. Very polite. Would recommend them to anyone moving to the Phoenix area. Their names were John Arrington and James.

Worst moving experience ever and still not over! This company did not deliver on one of its promises. Loading was delayed and ended up being outsourced. Items were almost left behind due to contracted third party not showing up. My family has moved and our stuff is still sitting in its original location for a week! No plans to have it delivered because they cant find drivers or loaders. Communication is poor and almost non existent. Staff is rude. Drivers go missing. Stuff doesnt get moved! I do not know how they are in the moving business without having the people who are supposed to do the actual moving! I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

My family and I have done six moves with Atlantic relocation over the past six years. Every single move, from San Jose to Phoenix, from Phoenix to Nashville, from Nashville to Goodyear, and then from Goodyear to Citrus Heights, Chicago, and Monterey… Every single experience was great. Nothing was broken. Every person was a complete professional. Special kudos to Ed Peterson, for planning and estimating. Shout out to Brenda Talley for coordination behind the scenes. We are happily settled and now expect to stay out in our respective locations for a bit.

Moving can be such a stress inducing event. So I am grateful for a professional pick and pack service by Atlantic Relocation employee Jose Verdin.Jose did a super job. He showed up as scheduled. Carefully packed all my belongings efficiently and quickly. And he was friendly, curteous, and thorough.

This company gave me the peace of mind I needed when making a very long distance move across the country. They were always available to address questions and concerns throughout the entire process. They treated me and my belongings with great care and professionalism. Don't trust your home to companies with cheaper options who broker the job to individuals who are not associated with the company you hired. They arrived when they said they would, worked quickly, packed the things we hadn’t packed and delivered them the next day with no damage found. I’d definitely recommend. They were also less expensive than the other estimate we had, and gave good service putting the big objects back together, like the beds and the mirror chest.

The crew at both ends worked very well together like clockwork and packed and unpacked our belongings quickly. We only had a few items with minor damage. I would recommend Atlas Relocations highly, the process went smoothly from first call through the end.
