super unhelpful, don't expect them to do or offer to help you with anything. They don't care and pretty much tell you to do it yourself with 0 direction..also who ever "helped" was in such a rush, didn't give me any details how it would effect my account.

Make your self a favor! , Stay away from this guys , they go everywhere to sell phones , not only at this location were they “belong” they scamming people offering free phones and lies. The worst experience (theft identity) and more charges 😡 . Don’t come to atnt if YOU want your personal info expose.. please listen Stay Away From AT&T. , I m rating because I have to post , but this guys deserve NONE Stars , instead they need to be AUDIT.😡 Haste Un Favor Y no te cambies a AT&T..

Rude, unprofessional and incompetent in general. Unwilling to assist you unless they’re making a sale. How do I know well (he suggested unless I cancel my order i have placed over the phone and order from the store he couldn’t help me). I’m a business customer have multiple lines and multiple services, walked in frustrated because I had an equipment issue that couldn’t be resolved over the phone, and was told to go into the store. I was greeted from what it seems like a manager, Instead of him saying hey let me see how can I help, he starts off by complaining about his company’s customer service center. He got upset and was like “I don’t know why they send customers to the store for help, they always do that”!!! Whether you are frustrated or displeased with their practice, you never approach a walk in customer with that attitude.

Horrible customer service, young lady working on 2/23 would not bother to fully listen to my questions before cutting me off to mention the credit check! I fully understood the credit check but she would not let me get a full sentence out before bringing up the credit check again. Never expected this at any other wireless store. I’ll let deciding i would just stick with my Verizon service. Total loss of opportunity!

Worst store to go to when you want to make a purchase. All the associates just looked at us and ran into their office. Waited 10 minutes and still no one came out to help us. Worst customer service

I ordered a new iPhone 16 Pro Max and a phone case from AT&T online and when the case arrived it was the wrong case. I visited this location this morning and was told I couldn't return the case at the store since I ordered it online. When I got home, I called AT&T and asked for the procedure for returning the case and getting the right one and I was told I could return it via UPS or return it to the nearest AT&T store. So, I went back to this store this afternoon. After five minutes one of the employees asked me what I needed and I told him. He then found the case I wanted and told me someone would be helping me in a few minutes. He then disappeared to their backroom. After fifteen minutes I left. Very, very frustrating. Two visits and no one cared that I was a customer, what I needed, I got the wrong answer during my first visit and clearly whoever is the manager of this location needs some training as to how to treat customers. I have been an AT&T customer for years but this experience makes me wonder why???

Horrible experience
I asked the Rep (Johnny) who actually entered information to get phone unlocked. I knew I’d make an error; he graciously entered all information. Received email that process declined due to multiple attempts??? He only did it once.
Called service while still in store so rep could explain what HE did. On speaker spoke with Glenda she said no work around available, I had to wait 30 days to attempt again. I leave the country on Tuesday. I was blocked from ATT for 2 years traveling In Asia. Very DISSATISFIED with The Company (ATT) not the agents as they did what the could which wasn't enough to get my phone unlocked.
In my 45 minute visit only customers who walked out satisfied were a lady making a cash bill payment and a fool buying a phone. 10 others were dismissed without resolution.

I was here just to buy a phone, and they said they couldn't sell a phone without signing up for a new plan. I already have a plan with ATT and didn't feel the need to get a new one. You're a phone store that won't sell phones...What a horrible business plan...
Just go across the street to Best Buy to make a phone purchase like I did.

Told me I didn't have phone insurance when I did, I proceeded to spend 260$ at a repair place after purchasing a new phone that needed my trade in eligible. I was told the new phone would be here by the 27th. Check the tracking and it wasn't even going to ship by the 6th. I called customer service only to find out I did have insurance, then when I asked if I would be reimbursed not only did I find out I wouldn't, I found out if anymore damage happens to the phone I will still have to pay 230$ on my INSURED phone. My 16'000$ car has a 500$ deductible but this 900$ phone has a 230$ one. This place is abysmal. It made me cancel my order and switch carriers.
